Excellent location, only 10 minutes away from the airport. Free parking is limited, and the available spaces are very narrow. Ample paid parking, though. Breakfast is excellent, I can highly recommend it, especially if you have a morning flight. Note, it is available from 7 am. There are vending machines in the hallway and beyond snacks you can get, travel essentials like USB cables, travel adaptors etc. It can be very handy. Cleanliness is spot on, the bed linens and the towels are of good quality. The rooms are big, and even the bathroom is of a decent size.

If you plan to visit the city centre, public transport can be a pain as there is no direct link. Provided there are at least two people in your company, a taxi ride might be cheaper and instead of an over-an-hour journey time, it takes only 25 minutes.

The facilities were excellent, with a spacious room that provided plenty of space to open and organize luggage. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and convenient, allowing for easy movement. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. After a long trip, I requested an early check-in, and they kindly arranged a room for me to rest, which was greatly appreciated.

The location is a bit far from Madrid city center, requiring a bus and then a metro ride, or alternatively, a taxi. However, it is an excellent choice if you need to stay near the airport for a night. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a good selection of pastries, and a Nespresso coffee machine was available, which was a nice touch.

Room was good in size but if could be more bigger. Staff were also friendly. They did bedding on daily basis so don't forget to leave a tip for them. Breakfast was also good and we had every thing what we needed. Breakfast staff were also helpful as we requested few things that were finished and they brought it for us especially for us.

Parking is 8 EURO / Night so if you looking for parking you need to pay 8 EURO / night but they have a pretty big garage and plenty of Parking spaces. I was told on street parking is free, 1st off i never get a free spot on street 2ndly i didn't want to take my chances to park on street.

Hotel location is near the airport and motorways, but has sound proofing. Rooms are exceptionally clean. All you can eat Continental breakfast. On a bus route. Taxi rank opposite hotel. But Uber or Bolt are used mostly. In this area there are so many drivers, that they will always be there.

Not easy to walk anywhere, because of the Motorways. But! You can. (You can't walk through the nearest tunnel under the motorway, it's Cars only). However, come out of the hotel and turn right. Walk past the bus stop to the roundabout turn left. Go straight until the road meets the slip road next to the motorway. (Footpath here). Walk up to the roundabout and cross over the motorway there. This is okay. A little down the road is a train station. Less than €4 return to Madrid.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large, comfortable bed. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t provided with the Wi-Fi password upon check-in, which was a bit inconvenient. The location, while close to the airport, is not as convenient as expected for travelers relying on public transportation. To reach the airport, you need to take a bus back to Canillejas and transfer to another bus or the metro, which adds extra time and effort. This makes the proximity to the airport less practical unless you have a car or use a taxi. Additionally, there’s no nearby shop, which can be inconvenient for quick purchases. Although the soundproofing in the room was decent, it wasn’t enough to block out all the noise from passing airplanes. I ended up using earplugs during my stay.

Hotel seemed unfinished. No skirting boards and a good bit unpainted at the bottom of the wall. The legs of the bed were a bit bent/ buckled and leaning back against the wall (no headboards) caused the bed to slide forwards Not a great location for anything other than the airport. Was a bus and 2 metros into Madrid centre - maybe an hour journey altogether.. Also gave the impression of being a rough sort of area boarded up flats, what looked like an unfinished building and essentially in the middle of an industrial estate On the plus side, the Crown Plaza next door has a lovely terrace for a relaxing drink in the sun if you needed a change of scenery

Exceptionally clean, good breakfast, great soundproofing: you don’t hear overhead planes at all!

No water or even empty glass in the room. I understand all that “no plastic” thing, but you could put a glass jar in the room, couldn’t you? Of course I could ask at the reception, but that’s not the thing you want to do around midnight after a long flight. I also set room thermostat to “cold”, but it blew with warm air anyway and the room became way too hot by the morning.

Convenient location; you reach Barajas in 13 minutes by car/taxi. It is super quiet at night, and although it's close to the airport you can't hear the planes. Price is worth it! The room was perfect; comfortable mattress, extra towels in case needed, no frills but all basics provided. Staff is friendly and ready to help. I checked in at 1:00 am and they greeted me with a smile. Breakfast is provided; with several options including traditional "Tortilla española" (Spanish omelette). Overall a perfect place to stay if you are a few hours in transit in Madrid.

The only thing negative: Although it’s closed to the airport, it’s really tricky to get into it. In my experience, uber was charging €50 for a 15 minute ride, for some reason the same ones didn’t want to take me there ( only after 5 attempts) and it takes you almost an hour to get there in other types of transportation. It was stressful at night but during the day the hotel helps you out with the taxis

We booked this hotel so that I would be able to watch the planes going into the airport and were not disappointed! I would think that most rooms on one side of the hotel have the right views. Anybody else might find it a bit noisy, being under the flight path and next to a motorway but there is fairly good soundproofing. There’s no shuttle bus but it’s quite easy to get to by bus with one change from the airport. Breakfast was very good. No problem with getting to the town centre - it’s a walk of perhaps five minutes to the nearest bus stop and buses are very frequent.
