From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel truly welcome. They were not only warm and professional but also went out of their way to provide helpful tips on navigating Madrid, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained. The lobby and business center are very spacious, offering plenty of comfortable seating and workspaces, ideal for both relaxation and productivity. Our room was pretty big featuring a large, cozy bed and a modern, roomy shower — the kind of comfort that makes you look forward to returning after a day out in the city. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated just 15 minutes away from Madrid-Barajas Airport and about 12 minutes by car from a massive shopping mall, making it convenient for both travelers and shoppers alike. One standout gesture that deserves special mention was the complimentary underground parking offered to us for two nights — a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. All in all, the Marriott Madrid Airport Auditorium delivers top-notch facilities, exceptional hospitality, and genuine value. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for a seamless and comfortable experience near the airport.

- From the start I felt really welcome. All the staff members I talked with were so helpful, and so lovely. - The breakfast buffet is top notch!! There were so many options, it was hard to choose. - The free shuttle service to and from the airport is so helpful and really adds value to the service. - The hotel lobby is just gorgeous!! And so clean too. It makes me wish I could stay longer.

- The mattress was a bit too soft. It was okay for me, but if you have back problems it can be an issue. - Public transportation: there is a bus service close to the hotel (green bus), however my Madrid tourist pass was not valid on the bus. Make sure to carry some cash with you to use the green bus. I tend to avoid cash, so I had to uber to and from the city center.

The hotel was just perfect for my transit stay — excellent location very close to the airport, and the free shuttle service was very efficient. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — great quality, wide selection, and attentive service. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and polite. Everything felt well-organized and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing encounter in the morning around 7 a.m. Two young male guests stepped out of the elevator smelling strongly of alcohol, and one of them said, "Hi, baby!" to me. While I understand that guest behavior is not always within hotel control, this moment felt out of place in an otherwise excellent and professional environment. It left a negative impression.

The restaurant experience was incredible. Perfect service and we would stay here again for that alone. The room was quite comfortable. And it was close to the airport, which is why we chose this location. The shuttle driver did not speak English at all, which is not a problem for myself (but I did note that another passenger was unable to communicate to her that it was too hot - we supplied the correct message in Spanish). The staff was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is massive. We stayed in the 4th quadrant which was inconvenient with our bags (as there were steps to get to the elevator. Other than that though, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff were excellent. Extremely polite and professional. Very helpful and lent me a travel adapter. Flavored ice water throughout the day in the lobby. Nice bar and sports themed restaurant had good food options. Offered us a to go breakfast the day we were leaving as it was early before the buffet was set out.

We asked for a room with twin beds which we got but they were basically side by side without any separation in between. It was like we were sleeping in the same bed. Also this must be a European thing but they do not provide facecloths. Taxi into the city center was approximately 33 euros each way. The free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.

Superb breakfast. Never seen anything like this. Transfer to and from the airport was excellent. Clean rooms, but the towels are getting old and need replacement

Breakfast is advertised to start 6 am. It was changed to 8 am on Christmas Day without communication to guests. We and some other guests missed our Christmas Day breakfast because we needed to leave the hotel before 8 am. Any change to breakfast time should be communicated to guests at least 24 hours before the change date.

We deliberately chose this place as it is close to the airport and hotels in central Madrid were insanely expansive. To get into Madrid central we used the free shuttle service to and from the airport and then the public transport into Madrid from airport. This was just as quick and much cheaper than a taxi or ride share into the city. The hotel is very nice and clean and all facilities needed. The shuttle service to and from airport is fantastic.

The room is very nice, it definitely exceeded my expectations, everything is very comfortable and the amenities like the coffee are very appreciated, the dryer is a great help because some people don't have one, the bed is very comfortable and everything is always very clean, the bathroom has good space and always very clean, very good quality shampoo, very delicious breakfasts and the staff. The people who work there are super friendly, everyone from the people who are in the Gym, the Gym is fantastic for a few moments of exercising since it has good and enough equipment.

Staff where all very helpful and all really nice and always paying attention to see if you need help. The breakfast was very good. Totally recommend.

Pool was closed. Didn't have facilities to connect phone to TV although they mention Chrome cast.. they do not have it. It would be amazing if they did and take a deposit from you for the same value to cover the product. Then returned when you hand it back in.

The staff were good and ready to help.

The facilities here are truly comforting and inviting. I appreciated having a kettle in the room for tea and coffee, along with fresh water in the fridge. During our four-night stay, it was nice knowing that the room cleaners came by each day to ensure everything was tidy. The lounge is impressively spacious and kept really clean, making it a wonderful place to unwind.
