The hotel was just perfect for my transit stay — excellent location very close to the airport, and the free shuttle service was very efficient. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — great quality, wide selection, and attentive service. All the staff I interacted with were helpful and polite. Everything felt well-organized and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing encounter in the morning around 7 a.m. Two young male guests stepped out of the elevator smelling strongly of alcohol, and one of them said, "Hi, baby!" to me. While I understand that guest behavior is not always within hotel control, this moment felt out of place in an otherwise excellent and professional environment. It left a negative impression.

The restaurant experience was incredible. Perfect service and we would stay here again for that alone. The room was quite comfortable. And it was close to the airport, which is why we chose this location. The shuttle driver did not speak English at all, which is not a problem for myself (but I did note that another passenger was unable to communicate to her that it was too hot - we supplied the correct message in Spanish). The staff was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is massive. We stayed in the 4th quadrant which was inconvenient with our bags (as there were steps to get to the elevator. Other than that though, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff were excellent. Extremely polite and professional. Very helpful and lent me a travel adapter. Flavored ice water throughout the day in the lobby. Nice bar and sports themed restaurant had good food options. Offered us a to go breakfast the day we were leaving as it was early before the buffet was set out.

We asked for a room with twin beds which we got but they were basically side by side without any separation in between. It was like we were sleeping in the same bed. Also this must be a European thing but they do not provide facecloths. Taxi into the city center was approximately 33 euros each way. The free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.

Superb breakfast. Never seen anything like this. Transfer to and from the airport was excellent. Clean rooms, but the towels are getting old and need replacement

Breakfast is advertised to start 6 am. It was changed to 8 am on Christmas Day without communication to guests. We and some other guests missed our Christmas Day breakfast because we needed to leave the hotel before 8 am. Any change to breakfast time should be communicated to guests at least 24 hours before the change date.

The room is very nice, it definitely exceeded my expectations, everything is very comfortable and the amenities like the coffee are very appreciated, the dryer is a great help because some people don't have one, the bed is very comfortable and everything is always very clean, the bathroom has good space and always very clean, very good quality shampoo, very delicious breakfasts and the staff. The people who work there are super friendly, everyone from the people who are in the Gym, the Gym is fantastic for a few moments of exercising since it has good and enough equipment.

The hotel is massive and well run and really enjoyed staying here as a family. We chose this hotel for its close location to the airport. Extremely well priced for two connected rooms. The staff were great, and helped with everything. I love the fact that there is a little shop inside the hotel for any necesities. We at dinner at the restaurant, Kalma, on site and the food was so good. The menu did throw me as there wasn't anything my kids would really eat, but the staff were so accommodating and we were able to get chips and pizza for the kiddos. The staff at Kalma were lovely and amazing and took time to chat to us and the kids without being overbearing.

Convenient location if you need to catch an early flight, the breakfast starts early to accommodate most morning flights and the shuttle bus takes you swiftly to the terminal. The rooms are clean, comfy beds, although don't stay there for a view. The restaurant and bar serve moderately priced good food in case you don't want to venture out.

If you plan to go to city center, you'll have to take a taxi as all other modes of transit take far too long. The shuttles to the airport fill up quickly so if you travel at peak times you might not be able to take one.

The staff were good and ready to help.

The facilities here are truly comforting and inviting. I appreciated having a kettle in the room for tea and coffee, along with fresh water in the fridge. During our four-night stay, it was nice knowing that the room cleaners came by each day to ensure everything was tidy. The lounge is impressively spacious and kept really clean, making it a wonderful place to unwind.

I liked how clean the room was and the fact that the room was cleaned every day during my stay - we always came back to clean bedsheets and towels. It was not far from the airport. Additionally, there is access to taxis and buses at the hotel and its not far away from public transports which can help you get around the city. You could pay for breakfast and dinner on the spot and not have to wait until you checkout. Great vending machines facilities - I like how I could pay by Visa.

The restaurant closes around 11pm. On our first day we arrived at the hotel around 11pm and when we got ready the restaurant was closed. It would be nice if restaurants could be open for longer.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant and coffee onsite was good. We used the shuttle to and from the airport and it was very convenient.

The view from the room was not great and the window in the room was pretty small. The onsite restaurants were not open on some normal days/hours. There were not other restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance so this made eating difficult without having to take the public transportation to go somewhere further.
