Hotel is close to the airport, clean and very comfortable. There's even a swimming pool if you have the time. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport, which adds up for convenience.

Breakfast times begin late (7am), but, if you order the room with breakfast included, a simple meal is available from 5am. An earlier full breakfast would be a nice addition.

The staff at reception were wonderful and helpful. Having the shuttle was a plus. Very clean room. Good lighting in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The thermostat in our room was not working. And the thermostat keypad was virtually indecipherable. We just shut the system down since it was set to 22C, but the room was 16C. Breakfast buffet was just OK. The coffee machine was somewhat feisty. Pre-made eggs were rubbery and not warm enough in the heated pan, but that is always as expected. Fruit juices were way too sugary sweet.

Very efficient, clean and well managed hotel. The airport shuttle was spacious, prompt and the driver was very courteous. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we've had on this trip. Dinner in the hotel was convenient. I think it was a great find and will look for this chain when we again are needing to be near the airport.

Not much. Only downside was the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is in a residential neighborhood. There aren't many other restaurants or cafes around. However the hotel facilities are more than adequate for a one or two night stay. The glass walls of the bathroom did not offer much privacy. Not a problem for most but a family with children might find it awkward.

Hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. Shuttle service is very good, easy to book and easy to find. I stayed at this hotel before my trip to Guatemala and it was very helpful and convenient that I could store a small bag with my winter clothes at the hotel while away. On my return, I stayed at this hotel again. It was great, after a long journey, to return to a familiar place and friendly staff.

After my initial stay at Sercotel I mentioned in my previous review that it would be nice if the food selection for breakfast would include more options for those who eat plant based food. Second time around, breakfast was exactly the same (other than fruit there wasn't much to eat if you are a vegan). In addition, I got a nice quiet room but the shower was broken. Faucet dripping sound woke me up in the middle of the night, I was super tired and jet legged and naturally a bit upset about this especially since I paid $159 for my room. For this price I do expect a perfect room.

PROS: + Lovely helpful Staff + Clean Modern Rooms + Good Variety at breakfast + Very close to the airport + We walk through the neighborhood park behind the hotel, it was cute. + Only 1.5 mile taxi to Braseo de Don Pedro restaurant, one of the best in Madrid!

CONS: - Our A/C was not working in our room and they had to move us to another room, they came up to our room and helped us transfer rooms which was very nice. Short-staffed issue at breakfast: - Every table was occupied, and only one poor girl was working by herself, bussing and wiping down tables, bringing out more food, and keeping each area stocked and clean. - There were no utensils or napkins available at the buffet during breakfast. Because it was so short-staffed, we had to wait for the girl to bring us napkins and a fork to eat what we had served ourselves. - Again because it was short-staffed we were almost done eating by the time more eggs came out.

The hotel is fairly quiet given its proximity to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent. Overall a very good place near the airport to reduce travel stress.

It was surprising that the breakfast room staff was almost non-existent. After being there almost 20 minutes a lady finally showed up to clear off a table or two and replenish buffet items that were virtually empty. Prior to her finally showing up there were no clean tables and no silverware for customers to use, What items there were were of good quality.

The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was a huge bonus as one of the hotel’s facilities. We used the hotel for an overnight stay between connecting flights. The location was a 5 min drive from the airport and the shuttle was punctual. We had done online checkin so went virtually straight to our room before heading back to the ground floor restaurant to have an even meal. Good to note the restaurant/bar closes at 22.30 if you are arriving late. The food was adequate and not overly priced. The hotel looks modern and was very clean. Our room was a good size with a selection of toiletries and a mini bar but I did miss having coffee making facilities as we had to check out before breakfast was served and some caffeine would have been appreciated. The bed was comfortable and we heard no noises coming from the street or from inside the building. I hit a great price for the night under 80 euro due to booking early which made our stay excellent value for money and we would recommend to any traveler.

I would return in a minute but as I have mentioned we would have loved to have made a hot drink before our early departure.

The room was very clean, very modern and very bright. The bathroom had a lot of light which is normally unusual but excellent if a woman wants to put makeup on. The room also had the possility of changing the lights from low to very bright which for me is great The reception room was very modern, well decorated and with very comfortable tables and chairs. Breakfast was excellent and we had the most amazing dinner. Absolutely delicious. We also had shuttle service to the airport. We had a great tv in the room.

There was nothing I did not like. We do miss having a kettle for tea and coffee in the room but we understand that in Sapin this is not normal in the hotels.

very convenient and punctual shuttle and also free. check the pickup times since they are different per terminal and check departure times as well (they start at 5am). I picked this because i was arriving/departing from T1/T2 which is 5-10 minutes from the hotel, so I was in and out in the minimum time possible. staff is polite. rooms are quite nice and i liked that they offer amenities such as toothpaste/toothbrush etc.

insulation is quite bad. you can hear people from other rooms or the corridor. also the price is quite expensive for the offer.

One of my favorite hotels near the main airport in Madrid. With 60-70 overnight stays in a hotel, it is always perfect to come back to this. Nice location only minutes from terminals 1,2 and 3. Free transport to and from the airport to the hotel. The hotel has a small but cozy restaurant in the evening. The food is above all expectations. In addition, bar with all rights. All the rooms I have previously stayed in are bright and well open. Good beds. Large TV installed. I will definitely be back one or more times in 2025
