The bed is great. The shower and bathroom facilities were excellent. It's in a great location. It is near the airport and near the metro, so it is very easy to get into the city. I would come back.

I had a stopover twice and stayed in 2 different rooms. Both times, the heating did not work properly, so it was cold in the room . Breakfast was very good, but the coffee jug did not work well.

One of the coziest, most affordable hotels near the Barajas airport. Clean rooms, many free toiletries in the bathroom and all you need for a perfect short stopover on the way from and/or to the airport. Nice neighbourhood too, plenty of shops and restaurants. This was my second stay there.

Since there is no complimentary tray in the rooms, it would be great that breakfast is included in the room rate. Hopefully next time?

Our receptionist was not just nice in a polite, professional way; she was downright friendly and communicative in an open and personable way - giving us the impression that we could actually have become friends, if not staying just for one brief night! We also greatly appreciated there being extra blankets and an extra pillow in the room, for all its basic level of comfort; and it was immaculately clean, as well. We had also requested -and received - a particularly quiet room on an inner courtyard.

The room was quite basic in terms of comfort, but then again, the bargain value for what we paid in a big city was extremely high.

I liked the personnel, in particular Andrea. She was professional and willing to assist at all times. I requested her assistance on various occasions and each time she was attentive, kind, and very willing to help. I am very grateful for her assistance. The hostel is basic, however, nothing is missing. In addition, there are many places around to eat and socialize if you so wish. You have all you need if you are staying for a few days. I thought the breakfast should have included freshly baked bread.

A small room but sufficient for one night. Air conditioning is available. Good location if you need to sleep one night in Madrid before your connecting flight - one stop (by metro) from the airport. In the morning I had a very early flight when the public transport is not operating yet, and Uber cost me 10 euros and it took 10 minutes to the airport.

It was near the airport, which was helpful for us to catch an early flight. It is not touristy at all--just a typical working class neighborhood. We ate at a great local restaurant nearby called El Principe, where the leg of lamb was amazing. The man at the front desk at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This really should be a 2 star hotel at most. It is very old and not refurbished. The covers on the beds had small stains, probably from age. The sheets were not soft, and there were some black dots on them. I don't think they were bugs, just maybe lint, but we didn't have this in any other hotel. This hotel was worth $75, not the $200 we paid on Booking.com

The Barajas neighborhood is already a very pleasant place. If you are thinking about staying in this place you will make the right choice. I stayed on the 3rd floor, peace and quiet in a very, very good room, above my expectations. If you are not from Spain, it is important to know that there are hotels, hostals and hostels there, and that a hostal is a hotel with a lower level of service. The internet was high speed, the team was super friendly and the region has different types of places to eat. It is very close to the subway, which makes access to the city or airport easy.

If it's important to you, know that the TV only has Spanish channels.

I booked 2 separate night's because booking.com didn't show 2 nights available. So I had a single one night and a double the other. The check in lady was nice enough to put me in the same room both nights, eliminating the need to move. The elevator is large enough to turn around in. The room is clean, neighborhood has lots of food and drink options and seemed very safe. I booked here for it's proximity to airport metro and connections to anywhere in Madrid.

Small bathroom, fine for one person. Shower barely large enough to pick up bar of soap. Good pressure.

I only stayed for one night as i was flying out of Madrid. The location is great, less than a 10 minute drive to the airport which made my day much easier. The highlight of my stay was the staff. The host on duty during my stay was so wonderful. He was extremely kind and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The room itself was very large and spacious. The bathroom was great and had a lot of room on the sink for toiletries and makeup. The bed was very comfortable. It was on a main street so there were lots of options for food etc.

I wasn’t a fan of the lighting in the room. The bathroom was very well lit but the rest of the room was quite dim. There was a window but it looked out into a covered courtyard so i didn’t feel comfortable having the curtain open. Even with the curtain open, there wasn’t much natural light. Would’ve loved a small mini fridge in the room to keep my water cold. I also found the room quite cold and night and the heat pump was very loud so i didn’t like having it on. Overall, had a great stay and all the issues are easily improve-able.

The hostel is conveniently located 300 m from the metro stop making it easy to reach if you have an airport layover and need a bed until your next flight. The check in process is easy and in no time you will be in your room. The room is in good condition, the bed linen was clean and overall cleanness of the place is excellent.

Some of the shower amenities were not in perfect shape - I had to hand hold the shower head as the stand was broken. There's one long pillow on the bed, not the most comfortable pillow but I was super tired to go ask for extra pillow, which turned out to be a mistake.
