The room must be renovated It must be a shuttle from airport, but it did not come at time We must call and remind Thus we lost approximately 1 hour for waiting and after that driver pick out us near other hotel , and we must go with the luggage by foot The price was as for 4 star hotel, but it is not more than 3

Staff was friendly and welcoming (Dario was the receptionist at check-in). I found the hotel clean and spatious. I think it can be a bit noisy, so guests have to behave :) Close to the airport, so ideal for late or early flights. The hotel is only a 10 minutes’ walk from Terminal 2 (measured from when you leave the terminal building). Leave the terminal by the blue bridge between the car parks (close to where metro Aeropuerto T1 T2 T3 is). The bridge is accessible, it has stairs (just a few steps) but also a ramp to access it. After the bridge, easily follow the signs in yellow lettering indicating ‘Barajas’.

Very helpful staff upon arrival after our cancelled flight. The on-site restaurant, open until 11:30 p.m., and fitness room, open 24 hours, were much appreciated as we had to arrive late and leave early. The hotel is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The loation is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle runs efficiently. There is coffee available in the lobby for those who have to leave before breakfast is served. This was a very nice touch and really helped us out.

Be advised that the shuttle to the airport begins earliest at 4:30 a.m., so those with very early flights will need a taxi. The taxi took less than 10 minutes though.

Close to airport with shuttle service. Last stop on our 30 day trip and we wanted convenience on the day of our long flights home. It is an older hotel but bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Has a small restaurant that whipped up some dinner for us. Gustavo was our server and I think he just came in from performing somewhere. Very entertaining!

Dinner service was slow in spite of Gustav’s entertaining ways, salmon was undercooked and the meal was very expensive compared to what we paid in the six cities we visited in Spain.

Horrible and unsafe transfer from airport to hotels, both drivers , the heavy set male driver did nothing to help with the luggage at terminal 4 then stayed outside for 10-15 minutes yapping with 2 other drivers while people in Terminal 2 were waiting 40 minutes. He was a very aggressive driver on the road. The bus did not have enough space for the luggage nor seating and nobody was told to strap the luggage in. Going to the airport a female driver again did nothing to help with luggage nor give instructions about strapping. The bus both ways had people standing and trying to hold on to their baggage. There were 3 women in their 80's struggling to stay standing . Totally unsafe by Any standard of any country. Next time I am taking a taxi.

I liked that the staff was prompt in upgrading us to a premium apartment after we discovered that our room was not ok. Also, I liked the breakfast because the hotel is offering diverse food options. The free airport shuttle needs to be scheduled ahead, but it’s a free service, much appreciated.

The hotel room that we were given initially had a patio door that wouldn’t close (ground floor E level) and 3 beds, where we asked for a 2 bed or a double. This room was in terrible condition and we returned to the reception immediately. Also, the front of the building has very little space for access, as some parking construction seems to take place. It made it difficult for us the next day to carry luggage 500 m further down the road to meet the airport shuttle.

The hotel is in a really convenient location if you need to catch an early or late flight. It has a free shuttle bus, so it was great not having to worry about transportation to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the bathtub allowed me to relax after a long journey and before the next one. The breakfast selection was excellent, with both warm and cold snacks and dishes, fruits, pastries, tea, and coffee. It was really nice to be able to dine before our next flight. The personnel were amazing and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There's also a supermarket and plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel; it wasn't my first time staying there, and it definitely won't be my last!

I stayed at this hotel for the proximity to the MAD Airport (to take early flight) and Barajas Station (to spend the day in Madrid center). It is quite convenient for this purpose and I am happy for that. The room as fine and internet as well. Breakfast is good, but not a banquet. There is a place in the corner to have something to eat in the morning, in case you are not an early bird, and if you don't want to pay for the breakfast in the hotel.

Overall, the staff is neutral in terms of friendliness. Specifically, I have a one unpleasant experience in the reception. I arrived quite tired after a long long trip. I asked for the invoice to be addressed to my employeer, but it would not be given without the VAT, as it was a rule. I just explained to him that it the first time I heard that. This topic was revolving for a while. The reception person could have made the conversation much lighter, but no. There are ways and ways to address people. Sure I ask for an updated invoice later, but there are ways to address the visitor to make things light and easy, and still following the referred hotel rules. Anyway, point to be improved there.

When I got there, the staff were extremely helpful, and the English speaking staff members had fantastic English. Even though it was 15 minutes to closing time, the restaurant still served me dinner, and it was really really good. The room was nice, and had a good shower.

I think the only issue I had was I was having a little trouble communicating with the bus driver to be sure when I was supposed to get off. He kept saying something to me in Spanish but I'm not sure what it was. But that's part of the adventure of travel in a foreign country!

The hotel is great! The bedroom was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a terrace. Nice buffet breakfast too with both salty and sweet options to choose from. I spent one night in Madrid to attend an event and having the option to choose for a late check out at 6pm for 30 euros was a life saver. The hotel is also situated 10 mins from the metro station 'Barajas'. You can reach the airport in less than 5 minutes and the city centre in half an hour. Great service, great staff ang great location!
