Need to update the website. Amenities stated shuttle service to the airport. Not true. Had to take an Uber/taxi. Shuttle service listed to the airport was the reason we chose the hotel.

Great hotel for the price, nice room not small but not big either, just the right size for me, nice bathroom with bathtub, the bed was comfortable enough, also friendly staff ready to help you with information, they all speak pretty good english. The location is close to the airport, cheapest way is to take metro one stop from airport to Barajas (for I think 2 euro if you dont already have metro card it will charge you 5 euro extra i think for the card and it works for 10 years so save it if your coming back so you don't have to buy a new), the hotel is very close from Barajas station, write the address on Google Maps and it will show you direction, other then that its close to a grocery store, and a kiosk open untill very late, McDonalds, Burger King, Domino's are all in walking distance. There is restaurants and café also bars in the area. BTW Madrid has a great metro system very easy to get around the whole city. I also learned later that cabify is good app to use in Madrid instead of normal taxi, it's very easy to navigate the app and there is always a driver near you (3-5min) and it's cheaper then normal taxi and better service from the drivers.

The room isolation was thin, so you could hear noises from the hall and from the other rooms, but I have been to alot hotels everywhere in the world and that is pretty normal. I always expect that but some places they have great isolation but mostly alot have this issue. So not really a big deal for me I'm used to it, but maybe it will for others.

Hotel is nicely located, optimal for stays when need to catch an early flight out from Madrid. Hotel is modern and cleanly decorated. Staff was nice although we did not have to request much assistance during our stay.

The quadruple room was recently setup by taking to adjacent rooms and placing a door before them. I understand this is flexible for the hotel as they can easily turn it into 2 double rooms. However, it would have been nice if we could have been able to keep the internal doors open and just the common door closed. Some basic door stoppers would probably have sufficed.

Lovely, bright & clean hotel. Nice bar and breakfast area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of bars and places to eat in the area

Air conditioning could have been a bit colder. I would have liked an iron and board in the room, however reception were happy to loan one. The underground car park is really tight, with small parking spaces and lots of pillars and tight turns up the ramps. Would advise small car or excellent driving skills. We would stay again but not use the car park

- The location of the hotel is pretty close to the airport : By taxi, Uber ( 5 Min ) ~ By Shuttle ( 15 Min ). - The metro station (Barajas) is close by ( 10 min walk ) and to city center around ( 20 - 30 min) depends which part of the city. (change stations is required). - The hotel overall is great for those who are having a long layover in Madrid and to get rest for the upcoming flight. - Staff are really friendly & helpful of what ever you need.

Only two observations: -Cost to value is bit on the hire side. -the beds (really soft).

The hotel is comfortable and clean, close to Madrid Barajas airport. The large, well-stocked breakfast buffet is a bargain at 10€. The staff was professional and helpful, albeit a bit cool in their manner.

The one biggest single issue was that the hotel has no airport shuttle. I should’ve researched that more thoroughly - I would’ve have never stayed if I’d realized this. Instead, I paid for a 50€ roundtrip taxi and Uber trip to and from the airport. Additionally, the hotel WiFi was quite poor, disconnecting me several times.

Took a taxi from the train station. Approximately 33 Euros. About 20 minutes. 15 minute Uber ride to airport in the morning approximately 25 Euro. Room was very nice. Clean, bed is comfortable, Modern bathroom. TV only had Spanish stations and staff were not able to help us find any English speaking stations. We were not expecting to find many, but we have never traveled in Europe without finding at least one or two. Numerous tapas restaurants and bars within minutes (walking).

The place was nice and we stayed the night before our flight. The area had a few places to eat so we were able to get a nice dinner before heading to bed. The breakfast was good and we had a nice stay at the hotel.

Not really the hotel, but get a taxi to the airport with a ride-hailing service; don’t get one off the street. The ride-hailing service quoted us €8, but there was a delay and a taxi stopped to offer to take us, only to be charged a set rate of around €22.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The hotel location was ok for us but we didn’t attempt to try and get into the centre of Madrid despite it being very close to the Metro it might be a little further out for some who wish to be a bit closer to the centre. The room was great for a family and was very comfortable. There are lots of bars and places to eat nearby.

If using the hotel parking it is a little difficult to access - limited parking around the hotel whilst checking in. I am not sure if you could enter the parking before checking in via the intercom if not this would be a bit more problematic.

Very nice hotel, all I needed in between flights. Great location, many excellent restaurants and bars around and connection to the city. Taxi around 10 euros.

The cleaning ladies made such an insane noise that I couldn't sleep both in the afternoon and from the early morning. Moving furniture on a wooden floor, hitting everything with a vacuum cleaner. Also the walls and windows are not soundproof, but was fine. Even eating my breakfast, a person who is supposed to welcome guests and take care of cleaning the tables, instead of that, was vacuuming right next to my table. I would prefer some nice chilling music instead of that 😆
