Usually stay in Barajas at end of Spain holiday but first time stayed here. Always found hotels in Barajas to be v. good. To return to Thailand, you now need a digital arrival card which has to be printed out to show immigration official. Am not much good with computers and filled out card wrongly. Hotel staff very patient and also printed out corrected version. i did not know this but airline will not allow you to board unless you have the printed card. Therefore, you can't do it en route in any lounge. Hotel v. convenient for nearby bars/restaurants and metro into Madrid. I like Barajas. It's an ordinary Spanish town and nothing wrong with that. It makes a nice change from all the places you would normally see on any trip around Spain and makes a fitting end to the holiday. Will be staying in this hotel when return. No complaints.

Room was very clean. The windows were sound proof and it had electric shutters to totally block out the light. Great for a traveler from a different time zone who wants to sleep. There are numerous good places to eat within walking distance. It is also about 250 meters from Metro station one station away from airport. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The pillows were too hard. This is a pet peeve of mine, I like a soft pillow and it seems every hotel nowadays have these kind of pillows. Also when I returned to my room in the morning, there was a problem with water raining down from bathroom above to my bathroom. I told the front desk and they were aware of the problem and had been trying to fix problem without success. In this particular room when the person in the floor above showered, it rained below.

Stayed overnight to be near the airport. Hotel Is just a few minutes walk from Barajas Metro which is only one stop along the line from Terminal 4. (It is also just 1 stop from Terminals 1,2 & 3 as Barajas is midway between, so an ideal location for a long layover!) Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Quiet room. Good shower and everything clean throughout. There was a restaurant directly across the street, but it was late when we arrived so we didn’t try the food there. We paid €124 which included breakfast so very happy.

Mattresses a little firm for me but that’s just a personal preference.

I feel that the Hotel is far under rated. Almost everything a 4-star would offer in a small hotel. The staff were great, breakfast full and great. It has double windows street sound is no problem. Shower terrific. Really the most impressive 3-star I have ever stayed in.

It was very convenient for a one night stay before going to the airport early the following morning.The metro is only a short walk away. This is a functional hotel with no frills but we have no complaints.Breakfast was from 7am so could get a coffee and something to eat before we departed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location (a short walk from the subway) was great for our purpose which was to spend the night before a flight next morning. The restaurant offer just around the hotel was varied and the breakfast was very good and generous!

The place is clean and has everything one may need for a stay, but it's starting to show the signs of wear here and there

Excellent place to stay if you want to stay close to the airport. It is literally one metro stop from the airport. The room is comfortable and the bathroom filled our expectations. We would stay here again. Just take into account that if you want to visit downtown Madrid, it takes around 45 min to an hour to get there even by metro, make sure to reserve enough time!

Proximity to airport. Ease and convenience after a late flight arrival. The bathroom wasn't cramped like some hotels and had a power shower. Located near the Metro - a 200 or so metre walk away. Therefore, it was easy to be up and running in the morning.

Insofar as it's not a 5-star hotel, everything could have been better! Basic amenities. But for the price, convenience and proximity to Barajas Airport when I knew I was arriving late, it did the job.

Great location, just two block from Barajas Subway station and only 5 min to Airport T1,2,3 and 4 in subway. And finally 30-40 min to la Gran Via. Around you will find smalls restaurants coffees and supermarket, also a Burger King. The staff were great very kind in our arrive, everything was perfect. The room was clean and ready in our arrive, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and with a good size. The room size is small, but well is not a hotel resorr, so if you're idea is stay in the hotel, maybe this is not and option. We just used to rest and visit Madrid. And return in the night. The neighborhood is quiet, so you can rest without problems, also very secure for tourist.

The breakfast was reasonable and as good as you'd expect for the price, which is a compliment, as a lot of cheaper hotels offer below par food options. The room was was comfortable despite its smaller size, as it made use of the space it had. The balcony made a lot of difference, and helped to make me more comfortable on a warm and stuffy night. Overall I was very impressed with the value for money on offer

There wasn't particularly anything negative to report. Everything was exactly as expected. The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable but it wasn't a major complaint
