We recently just stayed at Hostal Cervantes and had an amazing experience! The town is walkable and feels super safe (especially for two female travellers). The wifi on the property worked awesome which was a big bonus!! Another thing is that there was a shared fridge and microwave which came in handy especially when trying to save money. As for getting into the main city there is bus transport that takes you into Madrid but we rented a car and it only took us about 20 minutes from the location to get to the centre of Madrid! Noelia, the hostel receptionist was more than amazing with us. She gave us amazing service, recommendations for where to travel and is super amazing to talk to. We became very good friends in the week we were there and I look forward to seeing her and her cute puppies again in future travels. She really made a huge impact on our stay!! Overall the rooms and shared bathrooms were very clean. Bathrooms were cleaned daily which was very comforting to the mind! The location was very accessible to grocery stores, pharmacies, parks and local restaurants which was very helpful (especially being walkable). We both would definitely come back in a heartbeat! I think this hostel made a huge impact on how much we enjoyed our travels!

Definitely not the hostels fault because of the exchange rate but we found out it would’ve been a lot cheaper to stay if we just called ahead and paid when we got there instead of booking online. Other than that we have no complaints whatsoever!

The Barbecue, play ground near by, free parking, super market just 30 Sec walk, good location if you have a car

far from Madrid, 1.5 hours if you wanna use public transport and 10-15 € should be paid each time. so if you dont have a car and you wanna go to Madrid and come back, it is better to pay more and stay in Madrid.

The location was far from Madrid but buses are available. Restaurants and cafes are just around and since the community is small, walking feels safe even at night.

Some occupants are still talking until near midnight. Toilet can be cleaner.

Pretty little village. Good for hiking.

Extremely noisy, no sound insulation. It is a long way from the airport and Madrid, but great for hiking.
