I recently stayed at Hostal Torrejon and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The value for money was excellent, and I felt right at home. I highly recommend Hostal Torrejon to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

One thing that didn't quite meet my expectations was the air conditioning - unfortunately, it didn't seem to be working properly in my room. Despite this, the hotel's charm and hospitality made up for it, and I'd still consider staying here again. With a bit of attention to the AC, this place could be truly fantastic!

I arrived at the hotel a bit late due to my flight and the distance from the airport to the hotel with public transport. The lady in the reception was very friendly and open to help! 5min max walk there are supermarkets, some bars and some late night shops where you can buy anything.

Good location, close to supermarkets, gas stations and the highway to the airport. staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent value for price. Room was clean, spacious and very quiet, given its proximity to a main road and the airport. Short drive to the interesting Europe Park.

No fridge.

The staff went out of their way to help me, I had come off a 30 hour trip from New Zealand, and had not slept on the flight. I was very exhausted, but the staff made everything easy, and helped me with advice about my onward travel, a charger for my iPad I’d forgotten to pack, and a friendly chat.

I can’t see any way you could improve. Everything was perfect. I’ll be back next time I’m in Madrid.

Super clean property. The room, hallways and lobby smelled amazing. Staff was really good. it is close to Madrid Barajas Airport around 15-20 minutes in car/taxi. We did check in super late at around 11:30 PM and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast is also pretty good for the price which is a buffet breakfast.
