I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and furnishings. Everything in the room and the bathroom seemed to have been updated recently and was in good working condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though I arrived late, when staff are often not at their best in other places. The bed was quite comfortable and I woke up rested. I have paid more for less.

The room was small, but, at these rates, I was not expecting more. Good value for the money.

I needed a place to rest near the Madrid airport for 7 hours & have a shower, before my flight back to home, so I did not need something special. The room was clean, air-condition was good. Bed was a bit small, but not a problem for me, as I needed only a short rest. People at the reception were very friendly & helpful, the only problem was that after 11 oclock at night, it was difficult to communicate in English. A taxi ride from the hotel to Airport Terminal T2 costed 20 EUR, but as they told me using UBER the cost is less. The neighborhood is quiet and there some nice places around for lanch or dinner. Within 10 minutes walking, you can visit a nearby park with a pool & friendly ducks, that kids love to feed them. I paid 47 EUR for one night stay, without breakfast.

Location, staff, and cleanliness were great. It is a very good choice for its price.

There's zero noise isolation in rooms. I could hear every word theat people next door were saying and every thing they were doing. The neighbours were pretty loud till 1:30 am so it was quite uncomfortable

I had a double room instead of single booked! Everything ok.

Τhe reception personnel didn't know about national ID cards in english letters(european), which are accepted all over Europe and kept asking many tines for passport.Nothing like that has never happened to me in any hotel in Europe. The personnel understood English a little.

I have no complaints

It was my 3rd stay here and so know what to expect, it is ideal for a weekend stop over if you need a clean good value for money room out of Madrid itself. The Owners were very welcoming and even bought me a beer, a genuine Spanish experience
