We stayed here for one night during a layover, really close to the airport (a little more difficult to get to the centre of Madrid but we used taxis.) Staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly! They allowed us to check in much earlier. The small bar for breakfast was great, and we also had dinner in the restaurant belonging to the hotel which was great (although the waiters weren't as friendly as the hotel). All in all an easy place to stay if you need the airport, would use again.

Shower area of bath was a little discoloured due to age. Couldn't get the AC to work well, and our room had been in the sun all morning so we needed to open the window to cool it down. (that said, we never asked for help because we were too tired for it to bother us!) The room had a slight smell of drains when we first arrived, but went after opening the window.

Excellent really friendl warm staff especially Rosa manager at front desk and the lady who served breakfast in the restaurant. Room is excellent- comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and fridge. Good location for public transport either tax I / Uber or bus as around corner from the airport. To get into Madeid city center perfect - as five minute walk down the street and over sky bridge to other side of highway to get any bus to Canellejas metro station and from there to the Gran Via center of Madrid. On way back from Canellejas , get any bud towards direction of hotel and bus stop is 100 m or so from the hotel. Never used it but two restaurants up if show your hotel pass, could eat at discount. All in all 10/10 for hotel. Cheers

Room was nice, clean, with airconditioning, whirlpool, shower, TV set and minibar. Location was good for where I had to be. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Plenilunio mall is not too far away (20-25 minute walk). WiFi was OK.

Not much. Location is not perfect, of course, but it depends on where you need to be in Madrid, and the rooms and facilities were really nice. I missed an option with breakfast, but perhaps that's a temporary thing or I just overlooked it.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit old, but quite good kept and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Several restaurants next to the hotel. A bus station only few minutes by foot

Can be a bit noisy in the morning thanks to travelers going to the airport. It is far from the center and takes more than 45 minutes to get there

The room was really clean and with all the facilities needed. The staff was very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Quite close to a shopping center in case you forget sth.

The hairdryer is a little bit outdated, but working just fine. They don't have a shuttle to the airport, but an Uber works just fine, and it's just 10-20 min drive, depending on the traffic.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was super-clean. Our room had a balcony with a nice view in direction of the airport.

For people that need accommodation close to the airport the location is excellent. For us it was not ideal since we had to commute to Madrid university. In this regard Los 5 Pinos is a bit remote and it takes a 30min walk to get to the closest Metro station.

Clean and quiet hotel for short stay. The mall nearby (30 min walk) is excellent for shopping and food.

TV channels are all in the Spanish language. No program in English.

All was excellent: service, atmosphere, facility, room and other amenities. I wish there was a coffee /tea maker for early riser that need to leave hotel early.

Breakfast was a bit lame, but acceptable for an airport hotel. In the hotel room there was no information about the WiFi accept for a note saying, go to the reception for more info.

Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the staff were all nice. The restaurant and bar had good food as well. We thought it would be noisy next to the highway and airport but the rooms were really soundproofed and we had no issues with noise.
