It is not a hostel - it is very much a hotel. It is modern and the breakfast is very good (although you do have to pay 12 euro the night before).

The location is terrible if you want to do anything besides sleep at the hotel and eat breakfast and then catch your flight in the morning. I would not walk around there at night. I came from Chamartin station and it was about 20 minutes and a 20 euro Uber ride. The driver was able to find the hotel easily. The hotel shuttle is infrequent (e.g., 7am and 8am) and supposedly takes 20 minutes but stops at other hotels. It costs 5 euro. I took an Uber which cost 14 euro and got me there in 15 minutes.

Very comfortable beds and clean place with a nice little gym. Staff is friendly. A nice restaurant is close by. A great spot to spend the night before or after a flight!

We booked it because they advertise an airport shuttle. After booking, they sent us a link to a paid shuttle we had to book ourselves. We booked with this recommended place, and the company proceeded to charge our card, not send an email confirmation, didn't arrive at the airport, and have a number that no longer works/don't respond to emails. We talked to the hotel and they said that as of this week they are no longer offering the shuttle service. The hotel itself was great, though little around it in terms of restaurants, but the fact that we got scammed by a company the hotel recommended was a bummer.

I messaged the hotel twice before my arrival to inquire about a shuttle and they didn’t respond to my message until four hours after I had checked in. I was a little bit disappointed because I wound up taking a taxi and if they had responded on time, I could’ve caught their shuttle and saved a bunch of money.

9 km from airport, quiet, dog friendly, large room, garage - height 2.30m-, all with extra charge. Resto onsite. Excellent for one night. Very friendly lady at the bar allowed us to have our drinks and tapas with our dog. Plenty of green area outside for walks.

Dinner -tiny portions outrageously expensive - Hotel 'boasts' a shuttle bus: 2 Friends came to join us from the airport early in the morning. They had paid for 2 tickets on the shuttle website. Bus did NOT turn up. They had to get a taxi to the hotel.. and lost 10 euros... Breakfast was basic, and not included.

We loved the design and architecture. We loved the shower.

The signage outside needs serious improvement—our taxi driver couldn’t even find the entrance. Communication with the hotel was also very poor: no one answered the phone, emails, or booking messages. We waited an hour for the shuttle before learning it had to be reserved 24 hours in advance, which was never made clear. To make things worse, checkout was at 12 PM but the last shuttle ran at 10:30 AM. In the end, we had to spend an extra €30 on transportation because the shuttle schedule didn’t match our needs. The front desk staff also left a negative impression—responses were short, unfriendly, and at times felt passive-aggressive.

The hotel is beautiful, looks new and very clean. It has a gym that is open 24/7 and you can grab a coffee at the reception during check in check out while waiting. What I absolutely appreciated the most is their help to resolve confusion I had. I booked originally through agoda that for some reason pulled wrong dates. When I arrived to hote I realised my confirmation was for wrong dates. I tried to ask agoda to help me cancel or move dates to correct but their customer support was non responsive for 2 hours. I had to book a room again which I did through booking this time. After agoda refused to pay me back stating hotel refuses to give a refund, Hotel staff was kind enough to let me know this is absolutely not true and they even sent an email to agoda requesting they return my money. Thank you to every single person that helped me out. Also I was very happy with pet friendly policy and my large german shepard enjoyed his stay too :)

Everything was perfect.

Friendly, helpful staff, at the 24-hr reception. This is a good place to start or end your journey as it's at 10-minute taxi ride to all airport terminals (T4 is a bit farther). I arrived very late and was upgraded to a spotlessly clean, comfortable suite. After a delicious Spanish breakfast (there were other choices, too) I was ready to start my trip.

This hotel is a good choice for those using the airport. It's a little farther from the airport than some other hotels, but this is a good choice if you're arriving or leaving by car as it's well connected to the highway system and easy to find. Also, it's easy to get a taxi to and from here.

Good hotel near the airport. Breakfast was nice and room was clean and with enough space, for one night or two is a good option.

Shuttle service from the airport was very disappointing. I had written to the hotel before my arrival asking questions about the service, such as where I should wait for it etc. When I got to the bus stop me and my family waited for over 40 minutes and nothing! After more than 10 unanswered phone calls to the hotel to ask where was the bus, They told me that the next one would be at 9 PM (I arrived at 4PM). We had to take an uber. And I only chose this hotel because there was a shuttle service.

The accommodation was amazing, everything was well thought out. Very clean, with a great location for those traveling and wanting to be close to the airport. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

I didn’t like the service at the restaurant at all. There weren’t many people, but the staff were slow and seemed to be ignoring us. They were not very friendly, the service was disorganized, and a bit rude. This was disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent stay.
