The best part of this hotel is its location. I was able to get here quickly by taxi from the bus station. However, the taxi driver took me to the Melia hotel across the street and I ended up having to walk over to this one. The convenience of the hotel in terms of airport location and the free shuttle is HUGE, especially if you have an early morning flight. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the on-site restaurant was also a plus. It's also worth mentioning that the staff were very friendly. One even offered to make me a breakfast "picnic" since my shuttle was leaving when breakfast started. They also let me leave on the earlier shuttle when I came downstairs a few minutes before mine was scheduled. Very helpful staff.

I wasn't aware until I got there that there was a pool. I thought there was just an exercise room. Maybe more information about that amenity. Other than that, there was really nothing I did not like.

This hotel is well-located near the airport, but it is quite some distance from downtown. The hotel looks like it has recently been updated, and it is very nice as a result. The bed was particularly large and comfortable, which was appreciated. The airport shuttle also begins running early.

There was a small leak in our room from the bathroom ceiling. The TV turned on every time we entered the room, which was annoying. When we checked in, we were told we had to wait until the next day to schedule our airport shuttle, but a group checking in with someone else was allowed to do so at check-in despite not needing the shuttle until multiple days after us. A small annoyance, but a confusing one nonetheless. One final complaint is that they had a staff member (or at least he seemed to be one) watching over their small pool continuously, and he had a bit of staring problem, so we did not feel comfortable swimming.

Staff was friendly and welcoming (Dario was the receptionist at check-in). I found the hotel clean and spatious. I think it can be a bit noisy, so guests have to behave :) Close to the airport, so ideal for late or early flights. The hotel is only a 10 minutes’ walk from Terminal 2 (measured from when you leave the terminal building). Leave the terminal by the blue bridge between the car parks (close to where metro Aeropuerto T1 T2 T3 is). The bridge is accessible, it has stairs (just a few steps) but also a ramp to access it. After the bridge, easily follow the signs in yellow lettering indicating ‘Barajas’.

Very helpful staff upon arrival after our cancelled flight. The on-site restaurant, open until 11:30 p.m., and fitness room, open 24 hours, were much appreciated as we had to arrive late and leave early. The hotel is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The loation is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle runs efficiently. There is coffee available in the lobby for those who have to leave before breakfast is served. This was a very nice touch and really helped us out.

Be advised that the shuttle to the airport begins earliest at 4:30 a.m., so those with very early flights will need a taxi. The taxi took less than 10 minutes though.

The location is near Madrid Airport. Free shuttle from and to Airport. Check-in person at the front desk on June 13, 2025 at 11PM was professional and helpful. Room was clean and met our need of 3 people.

When I checked out on Saturday June 14, 2025, the front desk person (an elderly lady) was unfriendly and unpleasant desire if the quick checkout/key return/earlier shuttle to Airport. AC was directly blowing at our faces while we were in bed and should have been redirected to avoid blowing cold wind as we tried to sleep.

It was convenient.

The hotel offers a transfer to the airport. This is the reason we chose it as google showed it to be a 6 minute drive. What they didn’t say is the route was via another hotel and another terminal making it at least a 20 minute trip. In some respects we were lucky being the first pick up point as we got seats, but it was an unpleasant surprise. There is a restaurant on site. It was poor quality with poor choice. After two weeks of gorgeous Spanish cuisine it was very sad to have such a bad final meal.

Close to airport with shuttle service. Last stop on our 30 day trip and we wanted convenience on the day of our long flights home. It is an older hotel but bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Has a small restaurant that whipped up some dinner for us. Gustavo was our server and I think he just came in from performing somewhere. Very entertaining!

Dinner service was slow in spite of Gustav’s entertaining ways, salmon was undercooked and the meal was very expensive compared to what we paid in the six cities we visited in Spain.

The airport transfer service was very easy. I liked the location. It didn’t really feel like you were staying at an airport hotel. It was in a nice neighborhood where you could walk to the plaza with lots of local cafes and a grocery store. Enjoyed coffee in the room and a Coffee machine was available very early in the morning in the lobby. Basic room but adequate for a short stay.

Everything was fine but personally I would have liked a few more toiletries such as lotion and a shower cap.

Horrible and unsafe transfer from airport to hotels, both drivers , the heavy set male driver did nothing to help with the luggage at terminal 4 then stayed outside for 10-15 minutes yapping with 2 other drivers while people in Terminal 2 were waiting 40 minutes. He was a very aggressive driver on the road. The bus did not have enough space for the luggage nor seating and nobody was told to strap the luggage in. Going to the airport a female driver again did nothing to help with luggage nor give instructions about strapping. The bus both ways had people standing and trying to hold on to their baggage. There were 3 women in their 80's struggling to stay standing . Totally unsafe by Any standard of any country. Next time I am taking a taxi.
