For 2 people, the room was very comfortable, you didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was a good size. The food at the restaurant was very good.. It was nice that they had a shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning.

We emailed the hotel before our arrival to let them know when we were coming & they replied that all we had to do was to call them & their shuttle would pick us up. When we got to the airport & called them they said we can't pick you up, you have to wait an hour for the next shuttle. What they told us in their reply was not true. They should have been honest.

Nice and modern room, comfortable mattress, just enough space for what you need and fair price having the discount from booking. Quiet road and zero noises from outside of our room. Really well communicated with the city center and the airport. Manuel was really helpful and kind with some of our issues, all the staff overall.

The duvet didn’t have a duvet cover, it had two flat sheets on it and every morning you could wake up with half of the sheets on one side, or floor, and the duvet on the other side. And another issue we had was that mostly everyday the card keys didn’t work.

This is a great options for travelers that need to stay close to the airport but still would like to go to central Madrid. The fact that they offer an airport shuttle made just thing so much easier for me, I didnt have to worry about being in time and fixing transport as I just needed to confirm the time at which I would need to take the shuttle. The hotel is very comfortable, they have a/c in the room which is just fantastic to be able to go out in the heat knowing you come back to a comfy and cool room. You have all you need, it was super clean, ultra comfortable, comfortable beds and blankets, big bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion available. TV with a good selection of channels, a very big desk and I was super happy about being able to make the room entirely dark as I struggle to sleep when light comes in. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, you have so many things to choose from. I didnt use the pool as it is smaller than it looks in the pictures and a lot of people were there at the time I was visiting. Instead I went to get something to eat in the surrounding area where you can find a lot of choices at great price (as this is not a touristic area but a residential one), it also took me 5 minutes to walk to the metro station that takes you all the way to central Madrid, the Gran vía, La Latina, Opera and such. I really had the chance to enjoy the short visit to Madrid in between flights as this hotel has an absolute fantastic location and great services. Will return without a doubt.

Chose this hotel as it was close to the airport, and also ran a shuttle bus each way. The staff here are all lovely and helpful. Most speak English to an extent, some very well. The whole place is very clean. Buffet breakfast is really good with a lot of choice.

The only downside was the lack of any social areas. However, I didn't require them, as I was simply using the Hotel as a base: there is a Metro station close by (about 5 mins walk) and it takes only about 20 mins to get into central Madrid. Coffee/Tea making facilities in the room would have been useful.

Very close hotel to Barajas airport. It even has a free bus service to and from the airport. Regularly runs every 45 minutes from T1 and T4 Barajas. The room looks quite new and updated. All amenities present. Even a coffee maker (complimentary which makes great coffee). We even got a free upgrade to our room in the front desk. The staff is amazing and very helpful and welcoming. Its THE place to stay when you are on a short layover in Madrid.

Showers need some upgrades and repairs. The shower doors are not waterproof and water leaks out to the rest of the bathroom and I had to clean and dry up after using it. (Room 302). Please take note. Other than that, a GREAT stay. (2 nights coming in and out of Madrid.

Well, considering there was a country wide electricity blackout happening at the time, this hotel did exceptionally well. Staff were awesome even while there was no power in any of the rooms. Guests were all hanging around reception because that was the only place with light. Wine continued to be available in plastic cups, but still chilled, with the courtyard full and buzzing with people until going to bed in completely dark rooms was unavoidable. Fortunately about 15 minutes after getting into bed, the power came back on. This hotel was operating as fully as possible during very adverse conditions.

Despite the inconvenience of the blackout, this hotel did super well. Can't comment on food or anything except wine! Shuttle bus arrived early that next morning and everything went smoothly after the excitement of the blackout.

The breakfast options were extremely limited. There was no air conditioning because they claimed "the season is changing," yet on the first night, I was completely suffocated. Opening the window wasn't a real solution either, the noise made it impossible to rest. Obviously, it’s a busy area. For the price I paid, the standard should match at least the basic expectations. It’s important to mention that when I was searching for a hotel nearby, I specifically filtered for places with air conditioning. To be told afterward that AC is "unavailable" is simply unacceptable.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating! All staff were very friendly too. I like that there is an airport shuttle and the accessibility to local bus services to get into the city. Very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Proximity to restaurants was good on one hand to grab a bite to eat or a drink and not good on the other due to noise. Perhaps because it was the weekend or maybe because Madrid Real was playing Barcelona, but the noise from the restaurant next door went on quite late. Not the fault of the hotel but something to consider if you need to be up early.

I like the staff attention. Other hotels doesn't offer that kindness, patience and extra mile support. The rooms are clean, includes air conditioner and heater. The location is great, since walking you can get to the Subway and is surrounded by small shops. You can dinner at the Hotel. The hotel includes shuttle to the airport

The rooms will be nice includes a kettle for Coffee or Tea. That part it is important for travelers arriving too late and needing to drink something hot.
