First, I want to preface my review by putting this hotel in the context of being close to an airport, which was important to me, so for travelers wanting more convenience to the city’s cultural offerings, this may not be your place. It was clean, affordable, and the staff were super helpful. While my single room was below grade and only had a small window, the window was operable so I could get fresh air. As hot as it was outside, the lower level felt great. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Metro, and to get to the historic center of town was relatively easy on Line 5. There are places within about a 15 minute walk through a quiet part of town to eat or shop. Rooftop pool was pretty cool, too.

If you plan on staying in your room all day, it wouldn’t be great. My room was tiny, but I only slept in it, so that wasn’t a concern. But, in the basement level, there is a sort of swanky den-like common area complete with a tv for anyone wanting to relax in a bigger space.

Very nice and quiet little room. Compact but everything you need, plus a fridge. Super clean, modern and classy design. Wonderful greeting by Marius at almost midnight. Everyone was nice including the man who drove the free shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast with sufficient options (but no hot food other than if you toasted some bread). Comfortable dining area. You check in at one building and depending on what your room type is, you might walk to another building in less than 1 minute. Sounds odd but works well. All gates and building doors open easily with your key card. When entering your room, you must insert your key card to activate the lights, etc. I would definitely return here. Bien hecho!

Unfortunately I only spent a few hours overnight. The bed is on the hard side which was not a problem for me but if you are looking for something soft to sink into, they might have a higher category of accommodation than the single travelers room. Also, if you're a larger person, the toilet and shower is very compact.

I like that the transportation from the airport to the hotel and viceversa was included in the price. Also, most of the staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

There was not elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase through the stairs. The person working in the reception during the afternoon gave me wrong information about the hotel transportation and was not friendly. Also, she made a negative comment about her colleague, what I found inappropriate. The area is a working neighbor with little to explore.

The room was a good size and very clean. It's in a quiet area but close to transport links to the centre of Madrid and easy to get to/from the airport. There was a good choice of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries for breakfast as well as juices and hot drinks. There were a few great communal spaces including the roof terrace with pool, restaurant and seating area on the lower floor. Our plans during our stay meant that we weren't at the hotel much beyond sleeping but it made a great base and we thought the price was reasonable for the room and facilities. Additionally, I'd made two separate reservations for consecutive nights as we added an extra day later on. The receptionist was very helpful in allowing me to check in and pay for both reservations on arrival.

There didn't seem to be much soundproofing between the door and corridor so when other guests are arriving/leaving their rooms it can be quite noisy. There aren't too many rooms on each floor though so it's fairly infrequent and otherwise a very peaceful stay.

Comfortable room. Nice and quick reception service. Good breakfast with nice outdoor seating. Hard matress, as appears to be the standard in Spain, which worked fine for me but not great if you need a softer bed. 15 min walking distance from the large IFEMA Palacio Municipal de Congresos conference center.

Rooms at the lower floor are in the basement, with small windows at ground level. Somewhat thin doors, which means you can hear loud neighbours.

The room was modern and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property is close to the airport and offers airport transfers. The property is also within walking distance of bus stops and a metro station, so getting around Madrid is pretty easy. The breakfast was very sufficient. There is a rooftop deck and pool. I was only staying in Madrid for a couple of nights, and this property met all my needs for a brief stay.

The hotel page told about a shuttle to the airport. The fact is that the shuttle works only during work days, not the weekends and only from 8:30 AM That’s fine though, I took a Uber, which was quite cheap and the distance is very close to the terminals, so all was fine

For the concert at athletico Madrid stadium the location was great as you can walk in and out. Room small but very clean & comfortable. Rooftop pool was cool, being in the "second building" was great as you have a lovely outside area to relax too. Didn't use breakfast so can't comment. Supermarket 2 min walk away, stock the fridge in your room as kettle, microwave but no milk, coffee etc. All in all a great room for its purpose.

Close to the airport, so it is perfect for a stop over in order to catch a flight. The receptionist arrange a taxi for me for early morning and it came on time and the price was reasonable (around 13eur)

The room felt a little claustrophobic, maybe because it is really small and the window is so high up. Also it was weird that there was no bathroom door but since it is a single room, I guess it is ok
