Regular Ibis hotel. Reliable and cozy. Close to the metro station, good selection of food at the breakfast, basic offering at dinner (nothing fancy... I even suspect the pizza being frozen pizza and cooked on the spot). Friendly staff, a bit difficult with speaking english, but overall they managed. The room was big enough for two persons with one big suitcase. Bathroom is basic, good water pressure and clean enough. Ventilation system worked really well and no noise was heard from neighbours. Beds are super comfy. Around the hotel there are quite a lot of restaurants, so if the food offering at the hotel is not fine for you, you can definetely find something else (I actually recommend La Taruka | Restaurante peruano en Suanzes, 5 minutes walking distance and the food was absolutely delicious)

The shower in the bathroom could've needed a big overhaul and cleaning session. In between the tiles, one could see a bit of mold. The room is basic, no wardrobe and no extra furniture. Just a small desk and a chair and some shelves for placing your clothes. Also, there is only one accessible power socket in the whole room.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was fine (nothing spectacular but it fair deal for the price). The hotel is a bit far from the center, but there's a metro station just next to it which takes you there in 20 minutes.

There wasn't anything exceptionally bad. Also nothing outstanding. A fair, cheap hotel, far from the center, but still with a good connection. There are not many opportunities in the neighbourhood. (but you know... take a metro)

The room is quiet even though there was a huge renovation going on in the street, with drills and big noisy trucks. Good pressure in the shower.

The pillows are not very good, they are too fluffy and flatten completely if you place your head on them. The bed linen is extremely thin and I ripped the pillowcase apart when I laid with my back on it. The AC is not powerful and takes a really long time to cool the room down. The bathroom faucet is way too low, shallow and uncomfortable to use. The floor creaks and makes a lot of noise as you walk on it.

Rooms are very small no tea or coffee making facilities in a standard room we paid 15 euro to be upgraded to a room which they said had a kitchen and fridge you could barely get stuff into the fridge it worked well. the kitchen was a kettle and two sachets of coffee and sugar on a tray with 2 cups. The cutbacks in these hotels leaves nothing in the rooms the towels were worn out and very poor condition The breakfast was excellent although when you stay for 2 days or more it becomes boring . The coffee machine worked well the juice bar was great. The staff were extremely courteous and well mannered always willing to help. Public transport very conveniently located to down town. one train about 15 minutes. Easy access to the airport.

the rooms very small you could barely fit luggage in . airconditioner didnt work too well. facilities provided are the very minimum in the rooms .

The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I had an early morning flight and they prepared me a coffee even though breakfast hours had not started. The rooms are very basic but comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are not fancy, but perfectly comfortable. The location is close to the airport but nothing spectacular in terms of views or proximity to the attractions of Madrid. Metro station is very close by.

The staff was very helpful and always nice and welcoming. The distance to the center of Madrid is large but it's bearable and it's also interesting to walk down the Calle de Alcalá as well. It was easy to park outside for free. Breakfast was good and it offered plenty of options, including fresh fruit.

The biggest issue really is the distance to the center, but it's just half an hour on the metro and the area is safe even late at night so it's not really a big issue

The bathroom has a hole on the shower door to open and close but it is right in front of the shower so if we don't pay attention the water will flood the bathroom while we shower. It can be easily fixed. The breakfast is great but as vegans we didn't have so many options. It is not a problem, it was good nevertheless, but I do miss having a possibility of having a croissant or a simple cake.

The location for me was very good as it is between the city centre and the airport, a beautiful very big park is right across, for walks or jogging. Lots of local restaurants, bars and supermarkets around the area. Very local "vibe", not touristic. Very good wi-fi. The room is a big "compact" but it is very functional and exactly as described. The bathroom is spacious in fact. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they all seem to work together, rather than in "departments", good to see.

Although the room was clean, the staircases (on both occasions, as I stayed twice) really need a sweep or hoover!

Although the room is fairly small, it is well organised and comfortable enough. The bathroom and especially the shower stall is rather large comparatively. It's a good shower, instantly hot and nice relaxing water flow. Breakfast is surprisingly good, a buffet with quite a few options. For example, there is a choice of 4 types of milk (one plant based). Wifi was also very good.

There sometimes was a crawling insect in the bathroom. Harmless of course, and there's not much the hotel can do about that, but it feels a bit dirty.

The staff were very helpful and super professional. They managed to call me a taxi to the airport (and it came in 6 minutes) when Uber said I would have to wait for 30 minutes! Room was clean and the bed was surprisingly very comfy. Breakfast is pretty decent.

The room's decor is a bit old-school and the blind was a slightly broken (but not a big problem).
