It was worth of money. The stay was what I expected. I travelled with my three children and they managed very well to go twice a day to underground station and back to hotel. There is a swimming pool, empty at the opening, but full in the afternoon sunshine. Some staff were very nice. The room is great, it has everything we needed. Cleaned very well. Breakfast was not very much to choose from but for us it was ok.

The lifeguard at the swimming pool does literally nothing. Not much to do, but still sometimes little children do not behave, are dangerous to themselves as well and when parents dont react, lifeguard should at least point out some rules. Also, in the picture of the swimming pool there are sunbeds, but in reallity there are different ones and very damaged. I slept on the coach, it was not comfortable at all, there are bumps on one side, at least my children slept well. If you need, there are refreshments in the fridge for money, of course. Also, you have to pay for the coffee, which is not usual these days, it should be included in the price.

The apartments had plenty of room and were modern and clean. Parking is available for 15EUR per night which is necessary if you are driving to the location. Parking is in a private parking deck which was convenient and safe. They do offer breakfast but we left early and so we did not need it. The location is close to places to eat and a supermarket, and is only a short drive to the Madrid airport (10-12 minutes).

Beds could have been a little more comfortable, but overall they were not too bad. There is no where to park when you first arrive (it is a narrow, busy street), so knowing in advance that you could pull up to the parking garage gate and ring the front desk to let you in would have been helpful.

The double bad and 2 single beds were comfortable, it had nice space, very clean, shower with amenities, there was a coffee machine with capsules ready for use, refrigirator, dishes in the cupboard. There are some restaurants in a walking distance - that was convenient. It was just an overnight between flights, and it is not far from the airport -- so all and all, it was a nice place for that purpose :)

There's only one toilet and shower which is not enough for 5 people. The towel is rather small. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. No sugar for the coffee, no cutlery. The toilet door cannot be locked (it is half transparent so you could see someone is inside, but still...

The staff were incredibly polite and professional. When I wanted to work in the breakfast room but not eat breakfast, that was no problem and I was allowed to purchase only a coffee. Across the street was a lovely bar for breakfast and lunch and a block away there were lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. The front desk staff arranged our taxi for our early morning flight and everything went very smoothly.

No complaints, everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean in all the private and common use spaces and halls. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is 250 m. from the bus station. The neighborhood was quite and very safe. But still away from the city center. The IFEMA (International Fair Center) very close (30 min. with one change of bus).

The wi-fi strengthens. Signal was poor for a businessman who wants to work in the room.

Location near to metro station and Airport also, 25 minutes to the center. Very Big Rooms with microwave (if you take some food), fridge(Mini Bar full of Options).

Breakfast is poor, you have to add more options in the buffet. This is the reason that i don't choose to eat breakfast in the hotel. In any case there is a lot of Bakeries near to the hotel for your breakfast.

Both the staircases and elevators would benefit from refurbishment, and enhanced interior lighting would significantly improve the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Almost everything is great. Especially the staffs are friendly and helpful, the availability of 24/7 makes it even better. The room was clean and suitable for families. The only downside of the room is that the sink is too small and uncomfortable but it’s manageable not end of the world. We kind of expected the the swimming pool to be small and it is. However we were not ready for the coldness of it, it’s just very cold, so uncomfortable to stay there. Other than that I recommend the hotel for everything else.

Great room with large couches and nice bathroom. Very friendly staff. Beds were OK. Around 10 minute walk to metro. Free parking in the area but during day until 5pm difficult to find a spot.

You can gear the other rooms very well. We had many children around us in other rooms with much noise. Other than that was fine.

This is a very good accommodation in the heart of Madrid, it is a family-friendly hotel with several amenities to make your stay memorable. The staff were so friendly and ready to assist you with anything. The hotel is very close to the metro and bus stop, it is close to the centre of Madrid and also close to the airport.

Free bottled water and free coffee could be offered to guests at least for the first night. The windows/glass wall need some cleaning from the outside as there is so much dirt on them. Lastly, the Living Room could do with a large TV at least a 50 inches TV will be ideal and also having premium channels would be a good addition.
