I have been in hundreds of hotels, and this must have been the cleanest! Excellent rooms. Super friendly and always available staff. Near the center but outside the ZBE zones, which allow me to ride my own car. I stayed there for three nights, and on two of them, I chose to have dinner at the hotel bar. The menu was varied, and the food was excellent. A 5 star hotel experience.

They should improve their communication! It should be clear on the website that the hotel is located outside the ZBE (Low Emission Zone). The chat on Booking consistently informed me that the hotel was within a ZBE and that I needed to contact Madrid City Hall to find out how to reach the hotel, which turned out not to be true. I made a 700km journey worried about whether I could get to the hotel without risking a €200 fine.

The hotel was beautiful and modern, with spacious rooms and large, very comfortable beds. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless, with daily cleaning that kept everything in perfect condition. Although there was no kettle or coffee and tea in the room, this is probably due to the fact that these drinks aren't as commonly consumed in Spain. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty, though it lacked vegetables – likely reflecting Spanish culinary preferences. Despite these small details, the stay was excellent and the hotel is definitely worth recommending.

I recently stayed at Hotel Silken Puerta Madrid, and it exceeded all our expectations. Its perfect location, halfway between the airport and the city center, made our travel experience smooth and convenient—our choice couldn't have been more spot-on. The hotel's food service was a delightful surprise, offering meals at very reasonable prices compared to the often steep restaurant bills in Madrid. The quality of the food and the exceptional service truly stood out. In addition to the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, we highly recommend not only the hotel park but also the parking facilities, which are well-equipped for charging electric vehicles. I'm very money-minded and a bit greedy, so I keep a close eye on every cent spent. To satisfy my greed, I'd love to have the €15 parking fee waived next time! While I understand the costs, I couldn't find anything else I didn't like about the hotel. 😉

The hotel the very clean and neat. The hotel staff changed the bedding and towels every day… The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. Despite it being a bit far to the city center, with good bus and metro connections, we were able to see everything for our planned trip. Definitely recommend this hotel to all!!

I liked everything about this accommodation.

The room was clean, in the bathroom had all that you needed. Air conditioning. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Near the hotel is a restaurant. Was quite. For one night perfect hotel. Underground parking in the hotel. Good curtains – it was dark at night.

Lack of slippers and robes. 15€ for parking. The fire safety indicator was bright at night and prevented me from sleeping.

All staff were friendly and most (our Spanish is very basic) spoke very good English which is good. The room was large and clean and easily coped with 3 people sharing. Parking was underground and secure, just make sure you validate your car parking ticket by the reception team to get the discounted parking. We visited Valley of the fallen which was about 45 minutes away this was a very interesting and nice place to visit. Whilst also there we visit Segovia roman aqueduct a piece of construction well worth seeing.

Again food menu did not tally up with the food menu they direct you to via the qr code. However the food from the menu was great and very nice for what we had.

The overall hotel experience was superb. Amazing staff, always willing to help, and the room was also really great, having a lot of space.

Just a small callout (though not super relevant), the doors to the corridor are not completely sound isolated, so sometimes you can hear people talking outside. But as mentioned, it was very rare and not disturbing at all.

The room was a great size with comfortable beds and a clean updated bathroom. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel was perfect for what my two friends and I needed for our stay in Madrid.

The location is a bit far from the city center so it does require taxi or public transportation to get around.

We very much satisfied by everything. The location was near Sharma Climbing Center, wich was one of the places we wanted to visit. Enjoyed the architecture of the building. Fascinating concrete facade.

Breakfast was nice, adequate, tasty & nourishing.

The breakfast room is long and narrow, tables close together. It can get crowded and cramped for space at the start. There can be a queue at 7am opening time.
