The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet (I am a light sleeper so this was very important), the shower was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables, Spanish prosciutto and superfoods section as my personal favorite. Coffee and tea were free for the guests during the entire day. In general, we truly enjoyed our stay. The true difference regarding this hotel when comparing to others is people. Elena from the reception was very kind to us and even sent us a card and some candies to our room after our half-marathon run <3 And the most important part - our last day in Madrid was the day of the big blackout. We did not know how to reach the airport, the streets were crowded, it was impossible to catch a taxi or to get on a bus, the metro did not work, neither did Uber. We were about to try to hitch hike to the airport when Elena told us that the hotel manager would drive us to the airport. This kind gentleman gave us a ride and refused to get paid for this help. We got to the flight on time. We are so grateful to Petit Place Arturo Soria Alcala for the lovely experience! See you on our next visit to Madrid!

- Very clean and spacious bedroom - we could both leave our suitcases open and still had room to circulate. - Close to the metro and the buses, about 30 mns from and to the airport on one side, and to and from the main attractions on the other. The area is quiet! - Products such as shower gel, shampoo, conditionner, lotion... in the bathroom. - Breakfast with lots of options - the coffee wasn't so tasty but the rest was fab - Amicable receptionists - I was allowed to stay after check-out (needed to wait for an appointment) and was offered a table for a more confortable wait

- We were told by a message at 2am the day of arrival that we couldn't get the separate beds we booked. They suggested we checked with reception everyday to see if such room was made available, and no compensation was offered. The friend with whom I was travelling being a snorer and a kicker (hence the separate beds!), it really was a let down for me.

Room - comfortable, clean, at the rear of the hotel on the second floor and peaceful. Spacious bathroom with great shower. All staff friendly and welcoming and special thanks to Edu & Antonio, at Reception, for their patience and informative answers to any of our queries. Wowser breakfast and the ‘added extra’ of the ‘anytime’ hot drinks available by the breakfast area, very welcome.

Minor - as it was winter, would have liked the radiator in the bathroom to be on every morning, as it was when we arrived.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of the city but very close (100m) to the metro line 5 that takes to Callao and Gran Via, which is very convenient. We loved to stay in this "less touristy" area and enjoy bars and restaurants full of locals. The breakfast had lots of options and the room was very comfortable and full of small details that made the stay very enjoyable. The staff was 10/10.

There was nothing we didn't particularly like. The only comment is that while we really enjoyed the fact there was a coffee/tea machine available for guests at all times in reception as we like a hot beverage before bed time, at breakfast time the coffee machine felt a bit slow to prepare the drinks and they would only make small beverages so it would take time to get your drink ready to start enjoying the meal, particularly in peak times.

This Hotel is a must stay place in Madrid. The position is in the way from Airport to centre, near to the Bus and Metro station - 2 min - to go with metro directly to centre. About the Hotel and the staff - thank u very much guys- the room, breakfast and YOU are wonderful!! They make also a huge surprise on birthday in the breakfast time for us 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I liked the breakfast with high-quality, delicious foods. We probably ate too much because it was so good. Jenny was very friendly and helpful managing the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkout was super easy. We felt safe and secure.

Room 114 had some loud noises that we could hear from outside the room like a laundry or motor running. The bed was not as soft as I prefer. I checked in online using my driver's license, but that was not acceptable when we arrived, so we had to provide our passports.

We traveled by car, the location is good. The room was clean. Minibar. Breakfast was very delicious. breakfast had things you won't find in other hotels: guacamole, hummus, good cheeses, smoothies and even spirulina powder. the staff was friendly. The hotel has a 24-hour coffee machine. there were no problems with free parking around the hotel.

The breakfast was included and the spread was quite good. The location is quite close to the metro station and that is definitely a plus. The staff has been very helpful. I forgot my Kindle device in the room. The staff promptly confirmed it to me when I called from the airport. They kept the device carefully in their custody and were very kind to hand it over to my friend after about a week.

It would've been great if the food items in the buffet spread had labels in English

Breakfast was awesome, diversified to accommodate most tastes and diets. Very close to the metro station. I was impressed that the general manager stopped by during breakfast to ask about our stay. Was my first time experiencing that.

I had to ask 5 times for slippers and only got them the second day as they were all out. At a 4-star hotel, they should be available by default. Although there was no noise from outside (I requested a room with a view on the back of the hotel), everything else that will happen inside the hotel, you will hear. Including TVs, people doing adult activities, people passing on the hallway, talking, knocking on doors, slamming them, and so on. A small suggestion: move the liquid soap bottle to wash hands closer to the sink or provide a soap bar. Being stuck on the wall 1 m away from the sink, it's not helpful. I doubt there are that many people who can afford to pay a 4-star hotel but would try to steal liquid soap...

Great place to stay. Big spacious room with clean good size bathroom. Big selection of breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff and the owner personally walking around and speaking to guests, asking for any special requests. Hotel located just 2 min walk from line 5 green metro station and you can get almost everywhere from there to all main Madrid’s attractions. There is no restaurant or bar at the property but there is plenty of them around.
