My positive expectations based on other reviews were fully met. The hotel is at a great location – very clean, quiet and safe place, beautiful neighborhood. You have less than 100 m to go to a metro station and bus stop. It’ll take about less than 20 min to the city center by public transport. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s relatively small, very clean and quiet. The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked pretty well. The amazing thing is this hotel is staff – all of them were very friendly, smiled all the time and were ready to help or give you advice. You are feeling like a special person here. For example, the manager of the hotel goes to every table for breakfast and talks to clients – asking them if everything is OK, is there anything to help with – it’s unbelievable. Breakfast itself was amazing – a lot of fresh fruits, juices and so on – it had something for every taste. Definitely recommend and will come back at the first opportunity. It's absolutely worth the money.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet (I am a light sleeper so this was very important), the shower was good. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables, Spanish prosciutto and superfoods section as my personal favorite. Coffee and tea were free for the guests during the entire day. In general, we truly enjoyed our stay. The true difference regarding this hotel when comparing to others is people. Elena from the reception was very kind to us and even sent us a card and some candies to our room after our half-marathon run <3 And the most important part - our last day in Madrid was the day of the big blackout. We did not know how to reach the airport, the streets were crowded, it was impossible to catch a taxi or to get on a bus, the metro did not work, neither did Uber. We were about to try to hitch hike to the airport when Elena told us that the hotel manager would drive us to the airport. This kind gentleman gave us a ride and refused to get paid for this help. We got to the flight on time. We are so grateful to Petit Place Arturo Soria Alcala for the lovely experience! See you on our next visit to Madrid!

The room was clean, comfortable, and at a good quiet location with easy walkable access to the metro. Great place to stay when traveling from the airport and the city centre. Staff were nice and attentive. Good room service. The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast. Amazing outstanding breakfast. During breakfast, Jenny was a great staff who was attentive to guests, made us feel welcome, and answered any questions we had. We stayed for two nights and we looked forward to their amazing breakfast. All staff were diligent and quick to assist when they can.

- Very clean and spacious bedroom - we could both leave our suitcases open and still had room to circulate. - Close to the metro and the buses, about 30 mns from and to the airport on one side, and to and from the main attractions on the other. The area is quiet! - Products such as shower gel, shampoo, conditionner, lotion... in the bathroom. - Breakfast with lots of options - the coffee wasn't so tasty but the rest was fab - Amicable receptionists - I was allowed to stay after check-out (needed to wait for an appointment) and was offered a table for a more confortable wait

- We were told by a message at 2am the day of arrival that we couldn't get the separate beds we booked. They suggested we checked with reception everyday to see if such room was made available, and no compensation was offered. The friend with whom I was travelling being a snorer and a kicker (hence the separate beds!), it really was a let down for me.

Room - comfortable, clean, at the rear of the hotel on the second floor and peaceful. Spacious bathroom with great shower. All staff friendly and welcoming and special thanks to Edu & Antonio, at Reception, for their patience and informative answers to any of our queries. Wowser breakfast and the ‘added extra’ of the ‘anytime’ hot drinks available by the breakfast area, very welcome.

Minor - as it was winter, would have liked the radiator in the bathroom to be on every morning, as it was when we arrived.

This Hotel is a must stay place in Madrid. The position is in the way from Airport to centre, near to the Bus and Metro station - 2 min - to go with metro directly to centre. About the Hotel and the staff - thank u very much guys- the room, breakfast and YOU are wonderful!! They make also a huge surprise on birthday in the breakfast time for us 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

This hotel is located in a quiet part of the city but very close (100m) to the metro line 5 that takes to Callao and Gran Via, which is very convenient. We loved to stay in this "less touristy" area and enjoy bars and restaurants full of locals. The breakfast had lots of options and the room was very comfortable and full of small details that made the stay very enjoyable. The staff was 10/10.

There was nothing we didn't particularly like. The only comment is that while we really enjoyed the fact there was a coffee/tea machine available for guests at all times in reception as we like a hot beverage before bed time, at breakfast time the coffee machine felt a bit slow to prepare the drinks and they would only make small beverages so it would take time to get your drink ready to start enjoying the meal, particularly in peak times.

I liked the breakfast with high-quality, delicious foods. We probably ate too much because it was so good. Jenny was very friendly and helpful managing the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkout was super easy. We felt safe and secure.

Room 114 had some loud noises that we could hear from outside the room like a laundry or motor running. The bed was not as soft as I prefer. I checked in online using my driver's license, but that was not acceptable when we arrived, so we had to provide our passports.

We traveled by car, the location is good. The room was clean. Minibar. Breakfast was very delicious. breakfast had things you won't find in other hotels: guacamole, hummus, good cheeses, smoothies and even spirulina powder. the staff was friendly. The hotel has a 24-hour coffee machine. there were no problems with free parking around the hotel.

Staff was very kind and helpful. On our first night, the air-con stopped working and they were quick to find different solutions (more than one). We were very happy with the solution. Parking on the premises was another plus. Also, it was close to the airport. 15 minute drive. They had gluten free bread and cupcake.
