Great location next to an iconic cathedral with many restaurants. Room and bathroom was kept clean every day, also providing soap and toilet paper replacements. Friendly and humoristic personell.

The doors don't isolate sounds from neighboring rooms well, but this didn't matter much since we could sleep nevertheless. Staff can't speak any English at all, but google translate and hand waving works decently, preferably if you know a couple of Spanish words.

The location is the best cause it’s near the church Magistral and the calle mayor. The room has a small balcony which makes me feel very happy and gives me a wonderful view.

The bathroom is small and when taking a shower, it’s difficult for me to turn around.

The location was excellent, everything you would need was walkable. On arrival the host was warm & friendly. The room had a roll top bath, good views & exceeded expectations. The best part was a lovely bar underneath, great value, nice food & friendly service.

The shower above the bath did make quite a mess - powerful which was great but not for the floor.

Everything about the place was an absolute delight. Very homely. Staff was friendly. Made an extra effort to talk in English and explain the way around town and train stations. The town itself is brilliant. Friendly people. Amazing restaurant. Very safe.

If you intend to keep going to main city Madrid - the commute can be a little cumbersome. Most roads are single way so cabs find it difficult to reach the hotel directly

Location was amazing 10- 15min walk from main train station and right next to the cathedral with a view from the room. Room was spotless with a lovely ensuite with good shower and comfy bed.

Very central and full of personality and you have a small fridge!!!

This is exactly the kind of place you dream of staying at when you visit a town like Alcalá - and it exists. I wish we could have had a few days instead of only one night.

Perfect location in the center of Alcala beautiful place around and the best hosts. I highly recommend the entrecot
