Room was super quiet (greatly appreciated) this is why I chose this hotel out of the city of Madrid. Friendly staff, clean room and spacious, location and parking.

I liked everything but there is always room for improvement. Several nights our TV will turn on automat in the middle of the night, we brought this issue to the front desk but it was never solved. I think it has to do with the room magnetic card and the TV connected to the automatic turn on lighting system. Personally, I will disconnect the TV from the automatic turn on system and let each guess manage the TV. It is very annoying to be woken up in the middle of the night by a TV on. Everything else was excellent and I do recommend this hotel 100%!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, consistently providing a high standard of service throughout my visit. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which contributed significantly to the overall comfort. The pool area was a highlight — beautifully kept and perfect for cooling off in the warm weather. Breakfast offered a wide variety of quality options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality.

Good location if you're going to alcala university, good breakfast, neat hotel, clean rooms. Attention to details in the rooms.

They don't have kettles in the rooms and there wasn't any provided when requested. The only solution was to order hot water from the kitchen or as room service. I find that very weird. The only meal I tried at their restaurant was a beef dish and the beef was no where near done. It also had no taste at all.

Fantastic hotel I work all over Europe and this is definitely one of the best I have stayed in . My room was perfect , quiet , spacious , cost snd had everything I needed , also a large desk with plenty of sockets for my my work . Lives the walk in wardrobe . Basically in the centre of Alcala , extremely clean and the staff professional . Breakfast pretty basic but adequate and can order freshly cooked eggs etc… Would 100% recommend.

Excellent location, close to the main square. We stayed in the superior double room, it was more like a suite, and it had everything you could need and more. Well stock cold breakfast buffet, there is a hot breakfast menu which you order from your table and is delivered freshly made along with fresh pots of coffee and hot milk. The food in the restaurant and bar/cafeteria were also excellent as was the service overall. The cleaning staff are first class and extremely thorough. We would gladly return.

The location couldn’t be better and the building itself was beautiful - a perfect blend of modern design hotel and the original convent. Fantastic pool and the rooms were the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good value for a Parador.

The restaurant/bar prices were very expensive but we expected this for a Parador, and there are plenty of cheaper bars/restaurants on the doorstep.

This hotel is a little gem. On arrival the reception team when friendly and helped with any questions i had. The rooms are very spacious with a high level of cleanliness I only had breakfast in the hotel, there was a great variety of hot & cold foods (fruits, meats, breads etc) - again the staff were very friendly Pool area, again clean with friendly staff - There are a good amount of sun loungers / umbrellas

The only thing that i would like to have seen is the pool opens earlier - I was there on business so would have been nice to have an earlier morning swim

My room was basically-1fllor, so sub ground level...and the light quality reflected that. Wouldn't have wanted to stay more than 1 night in such a dark room...there must be 50 rooms, maybe 40% of hotel like this...so be aware! Otherwise room lovely. Maybe too much veneer covered wood for my taste but lounge area and bar and breakfast all wonderful.

Location is superb and really beautiful. Great to park in the garage then be able to walk everywhere. Always a warm welcome on arrival.. The receptionists are very helpful especially Andrei who was especially friendly and happy to help when I had a problem with my booking. He soon sorted this out so my stay was stress free.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms.

Location, Breakfast, Modernisation of room, Layout of room & size of room. Power shower, heated floor tiles and bath/wet room design layout. Mirror the TV from your mobile phone. Good Wi-Fi.

I was in the basement (-1) so no view. The hotel layout, it was just full of corridors and the room numbers didn’t flow very well. Bedding cover type was unconventional and thin leaving you cold. No English TV channels (not even BBC World News). No complimentary water at your bedside. No Tea/Coffee making facilities. No free use of the spa area. Evening meal at one of the restaurants was poor quality/cold, lacking any atmosphere and expensive. I couldn’t locate a room service menu or mini bar price list.
