Very good location, with easy access to the train and bus stations. Approximately 6 minutes by taxi to the center of Alcala de Henares. Lidl, Decathlon and shopping centers (La Dehesa and Quadernillos) right next to the hotel. A plus, but not for the hotel 😀, La Dehesa has a self laundry, with decent prices, very useful in the case of a 7-day stay as we stayed. Very kind and attentive staff. Free parking. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, still important these days.

It is necessary to clean or even change the curtains and drapes in the rooms, as well as the carpet both in the hallway (the pink one) and in the rooms that have such. The breakfast was decent but without any vegetables 😕.

Dog friendly with very helpful staff. We always book to stay here, which breaks up the long journey back from Playa Paraiso to Bilbao. We were, as usual, greeted by the reception staff with courtesy and friendliness. Our room and bathroom were clean, the bed linen and towels were fresh, and the WiFi was fast. The breakfast was ample, and we were again allowed to take our dog with us into the area by the bar, so we could enjoy our breakfast there and not have to leave her in the room. The hotel is very close to a large shopping centre and many food outlets.

Every time we have stayed, there has been a large contingent of school children who are very well-behaved and enjoy their outings. Regrettably, on this occasion, a particular group of children insisted on shouting and screaming across the courtyard at 2 and 3 in the morning. This spoiled what is always a very good experience at this hotel. We have still booked for later in the year though!!

We decided to stay here because of the way we were made to feel welcome with our dog the last time we stayed. This time was no exception. Although, quite rightly, we were not allowed to take her into the dining are, we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception area and enjoy it with our 'furball'. Reception staff were very helpful, the room clean and tidy with sufficient towels and bedding. The breakfast was good value with continental offering and sausages, bacon and scrambled egg available. There was ample parking. The nearness of large shopping centre was a real bonus.

The last time we stayed one of the two lifts wasn't working. This time it was the other of the two lifts. A little inconvenient but not insurmountable. We had fun finding our room because several room numbers were incomplete as they had fallen off the walls. A kettle would have been a welcome facility.

This was perfect for us. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean, with sufficient bedding and room for our belongings. The bathroom was enough for our needs and provided with clean towels. The WiFi service was fairly speedy, and the television's ability to alter the language to English was appropriate and available. The hotel was playing host to a large number of schoolchildren, and we were expecting long queues at breakfast. We needn't have worried, as the staff opened the second restaurant, which alleviated our worries and allowed us to thoroughly look around the offerings before selecting. What was more important for us was that the hotel was very dog-friendly. Although, quite rightly, we were not allowed into the restaurant, the staff allowed us to take our breakfasts into the large reception area, where we could sit with our dog. Not far from the hotel is a lovely walk near a river, perfect for walking with a pet. The hotel is also near a major shopping centre offering several places to eat. We were so pleased that we already booked this hotel for later in the year when we return to Spain.

There is only one downside, and this is common: the absence of drink-making facilities. Fortunately, we always carry a travel kettle, etc.

The hotel looked just ok on the outside but much nicer inside. The room and bathroom were quite nice. Room had a fridge but not tea making equipment. Very close to a shopping centre and supermarket which was handy. Very good Value.

No tea making facilities in room. It was a bit far out of Madrid for us but fine depending on your plans.

Room nice size for a couple, bathroom just a bit small, but adequate. Quiet hallway and room. Nice breakfast.

VERY uncomfortable pillow for someone with a short neck and small head. We were informed no smaller, softer pillows were available when we asked. Felt sleep-deprived throughout the stay.

The staff were exceptionally great and nice, in fact Sam took it upon himself to take us in his car right to the center of madrid free of cost

Though there was a misunderstanding about them cleaning our room and replacing the toiletries after the first day

The rooms are comfortable, with big bathrooms. The location is good if you have a car.

The room was not de-dusted properly and the breakfast could use some improvement.
