Lifts to different floors, free coffee, great shower, great location for motorways, food nearby, bus stop outside, free parking, nice room, very clean, pet friendly, 24 hour staff, breakfast included.

No kettle in room (but free coffee in reception), €18 per pet - €36 for two (not a criticism, just a fact). Restaurant not open on Sundays. Non-staggered breakfast times made it a bit of a scrum as the hotel was very busy.

It’s convenient,clean, polite staff, perfect location when travelling from Santander to Murcia. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfy. Lovely restaurant next door where food is excellent or you have Burger King right behind. They welcome my dog!

It was quite noisy at 10.30 when I was drifting off to sleep and a large family or group of kids arrived. Running up and down corridor shouting and banging doors. My neighbouring room turned their tv on quite loud at this time also. Also price has increased at least 25% over last year.

I did not like that I had written to the hotel explaining that we were travelling with two dogs, and what breed and size they were. The hotel replied and did not say that this was a problem. When we arrived we were told that the policy was that only one dog was allowed per room. The dogs were allowed in the room, but we were made to feel as though that was a favour to us. I am sure the policy is no more than two dogs. The policy needs to be clarified, and if it is no more than two dogs, your staff need to know.

Good location for an overnight stay when travelling through. Very clean and bright. Very warm and friendly staff. Room was of a good size. Bathroom had a large walk in shower.

The bed was a little unstable and moved a lot as we each turned during the night. Not secured to anything so even sitting on the bed with our backs to the wall moved the bed. Only one chair in the room so one of us had to sit on the bed. Noise from the breakfast room was intrusive and started from 0630-0700, it maybe quieter on upper floors (ours was ground floor).

Location and the fact that it said it had WiFi and it did work at a decent rate allowing you to use it as intended

The fact that the towels were put into bags encouraging you not to use them for “environmental purposes “ when in fact it was to save costs. Also I think when advertised as dog friendly there should not be extra charge for a one night stay The charge was only 12.50 euros but I feel it is not necessary

The staff first class, Artaina was very helpful and breakfast very good. Comfy bed and shower room.

We arrived after a long drive to a very noisy group of school children, music on full blast and slamming doors. We complained to Artaina on the check in desk who did her best to sort the problem out. We would like an English channel on the TV. Would make it a better stay. we have stopped here many times over the years and will continue to do so.

complimentary hot drinks offered in reception, free parking available on site, close to motorway. Good size and clean room with a super king, very comfy . Great shower. Breakfast basic continental but good selection and alternative milk available soya & sin lactose. Great overnight stay.

We were thrilled to find that this place had its own parking lot with plenty of parking. It also has two coffee/tea/chocolate machines that are free for guests to use. We stayed for the breakfast in the morning (8 euros each) and were happy with the selection of food and drink available. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay in Spain so far.

A bit loud

Very friendly and helpful staff, we were allowed to build our bikes in an empty conference room after our flight from the UK to Madrid. Breakfast was good, with a nice choice of foods. Location was great to start our cycle holiday.
