The experience at Be Casa was truly pleasant. It’s a spacious studio that offers everything: a large bathroom with all the amenities, a kitchen fully equipped for cooking over a 12-day stay, and a spectacular view. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. A peaceful place with an excellent location.

There are things that could be improved. The cleaning wasn’t thorough, which I noticed from the fingerprints on the microwave and the dusty cooker. The recycling and organic waste weren’t taken out, and when I asked for them to be removed, the cleaning staff responded with visible annoyance. The TV never worked, and the excuse was always that there was an issue with the service provider due to a breakdown.

The receptionist (a girl) was extremely helpful. She took me to the parking lot (long walk) even though this is a pretty big place (it's easy to get lost inside). The place is very modern, efficient and quiet. My room was well designed. I went there with my... cat who enjoyed the place as it was very quiet. It is also located in an area where it is easy to park outside (but they also offer parking inside). There are many malls around to buy food and all kinds of stuff. You can walk or drive there. Great for a stopover in Madrid. I will be back.

The place is pretty impersonal, but I knew that when I booked it: I just needed a place to sleep for one night before catching a flight from Madrid airport. By the way, the drive to the airport in the morning takes time (45 minutes!) because of the heavy traffic (I had a rented car). I knew this too when I booked.

Didn't have breakfast.....couldn't find the room. But as it was a mini apartment we purchased our own anyway... There was no view worth mentioning, it overlooks a very large empty block and appears to be in an industrial area. We had to look around for a bar/cafe, which was about 10 minutes walk away. We only found one. Very unSpanish! There is a Lidl reasonably close by, and it doesn't take long to walk to the train estacion, which was handy. It is right next door to a great Chinese store, if you like them. It was enormous!

We had to go to our room for them to deliver swimming towels. Surely they could have been available at the pool. Otherwise it was fine.

Walking distance to shopping centre with everything. 25km from Warner Park

Very basic kitchen equipment, frying pan was so small had to cook dinners separately. No knives to cut meat & was told to go to the shop next door to purchase. A sponge & some washing liquid would have been nice but bought them..I've stayed in aparthotels before & this could be proved as a welcome pack.

Rooms are nice, with everything you need. The entire complex is huge and the pool is good. Location is good, quiet with a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Also, very easy to park.

The room didn’t have shampoo or gel shower, it’s a detail but it would be appreciated.

All in all it was practical and confortable. Conveniently located (walking distance to big shopping mall, 10 mins to underground station and easy parking on the street)

Times of swimming pool very limited in the mornings, it only opens at noon… Kitchenware not maintained (i.e. not enough mugs for the number of guests, no cutting knife, cafetière was mouldy)

The staff was really nice every day. The locality was nice as well.Shopping center very close. I really liked the well equiped kitchen.

The floor was clearly dirty,on the wardrobe visible dirty marks. I would not let the animals to get into property but as mentioned people on the reception were very helpfull.

It's very nice, new and well equipped accommodation on the edge of Madrid, it offers all sorts of facilities for your work and life

The floor of my room was not exactly clean when I arrived, the rooms heading to the street can be quite noisy in the night

I had a great stay at this one-bedroom apartment! It had the minimum of things u needed and a cozy living space. The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for stayng in Madrid

If i had a broom and a mop in room it would be even better.

The location was excellent. The apartments and the complex were brilliant. All in all a very good place to stay especially if going to a concert as the venue is a 20min walk away. The pool perfect and easy location. Dogs are also allowed on the complex and they even have a dog spa available. Highly recommended.

At the time of booking (14 June 23) we were not informed that the complex was brand new and the restaurant and other facilities were not open yet. They would however be open with the next 3months. Once they are, the complex will be an even better place to stay.
