The staff was so friendly and helpful! I wish I remembered their names so I could compliment them directly. We arrived late at night and were warmly greeted, easy check in process. It's great that the check in place is a restaurant and so close to the rooms. Just what we needed for a place to stay before our flight. Simple, cozy, and the area of Madrid is quiet but has what you need - a great bakery, lavandería, grocery store too that were even open on Sunday. They also helped us order a cab to the airport for early morning!

Other reviews mention the small bathrooms. Yes it is quite small, but it's not outrageous. Comparable to normal European WCs. If you're not expecting a luxurious bathroom it's really fine, just simple and what you need for a post/pre flight stay on the outskirts of Madrid.

Very friendly at checking in, and very helpful with local information... Very close to the metro, a good cafe restaurant attached... good heating system..

All was good, there is nothing that I didn't like.

did not eat breakfast but dinner was super great at the facility, thanks very much location was not in the down town but we used metro to get there from the railroad station, that was easy. And in the morning, we took Uber taxi to the airport, that also was very convenient. Big thanks to the receptionist about the hints how to maneuver around.

Shower head should be replaced, shooting water to the sider. And the door locks, outside and inside were traditional style, had to turn the key few times left and right until I figured out how to open the door.

property was well maintained, clean and near to the metro station .staffs are very friendly and speak pretty good English. they have restaurant attached that will provide meals on comfortable rates ….

I don’t found anything bad about the property…..only thing is that it’s located outside the Madrid region
