Excellent value for money. Super well located - close to M40 ring road, 6-8 mins walk from Puerta Arganda metro station. Plenty of free parking. Burger King, Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets less than 200m. Apartment itself was very clean and spacious, sofa bed already made up. Separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Staff spoke limited English. Apartment very limited in terms of kitchen utensils and crockery so would be have been difficult to prepare a dinner. And nothing provided in terms of dishcloth, towel, liquid soap in the kitchen. But minor points really as we were just staying one night

Excellent value for money. More like renting a little apartment than a room, big living area with sofa and kitchen table etc. Quiet at night.

If you're visiting Madrid as a tourist the location is a little bit out of the main city area, although the price probably reflects that.

The kitchen was very well-supplied and a plus for a family. There was plenty of space and the surroundings were clean and comfortable.

A family of five (2 adults, 2 small children and a baby), we were booked into two separate apartments when we could have fit into just one perfectly. It would have been nice to have had the option of staying together (& paying for only one room). Also, some complimentary coffee would have been appreciated.

Check-in and check-out processes were easy, and the staff was very kind. It is located in a quiet area; but still, it felt safe to return to the place past midnight. There is a big grocery store just across the facility for general and/or urgent needs.

I was aware of the fact that the facility is a bit far away from the center; but still, after 2 days, it kind of became a tiring commute for me. And, the apartment could have been cleaner.

All of the rooms were a very good size. The accomodation was warm [even in December] and the bed was comfortable. The room was really clean and tidy when we arrived and was cleaned perfectly each day. The on site secure Parking was excellent and easy to use. WiFi was very good.

Waiting 20 minutes or so for hot water from the water heater after one of us had a shower was a little unusual and inconvenient but not a major problem. The management did inform us of this when we arrived. The shower cubucle had no shelf for shampoo etc. but again not a big problem.

Very clean comfortable apartment situated on outskirts of city. Close to metro station (40 minutes to city centre Sol station) 15 minutes taxi to airport (1 hr by metro)cleaning staff very good and very helpful. Kitchen, living room v good, good bedroom, 2 TVs.. Enjoyed a small balcony. Overall a comfortable well equipped apartment . Everything worked.Good value for money.

Kitchen was sparsely equipped but adequate for a few days stay. No sharp cutting knife but table knives were actually quite sharp, enough to chop vegetables and slice an onion.Cleaning lady kindly lent me a corkscrew ( receptionist will open wine for you on request)

Great property with safe underground car parking (we were driving to Andalusia and were stopping off for a few days). It was close to the Metro (about 10 min walk) to centre of Madrid. The surrounding area had Burger King, Mercadona, Aldi and a few petrol stations plus local shops a few mins away. The rooms were air conned and comfortable.

Only issue was the kitchen wasn’t well equipped (no sharp knifes or decent pans) so made cooking and issue

Very good location within Metro Zone A which means you can buy cheap metro tickets to visit central sites within Zone A such as Plaza Mayor, Sol, palace, cathedral, retiro park, etc.. Just 10 min taxi drive to the airport. Two supermarkets LIDL and Mercadona are right opposite. The apartment was comfortable as described in the listing.

Although the hotel is quite a busy road, there was very little noise from traffic. The parking is under the hotel. Access is through a large automated gate with another gate securing the parking area. There are restaurants close by.

Madrid is a nightmare to navigate. To enter the first gate, you have to park across the pedestrian path to gain entry.

We stayed here to be closer to the airport on our last.day of our trip because we.had to be there early. It is a very large hotel and the staff was very nice. 24hr service. There is a great parking garage with large spaces below the hotel. The rooms are very large with a kitchen and living room. It had a washer as well and we were able to wash our clothes on the last day. Check out was easy. For the price, overall a good stay.

If you have plans to go to the city center, it is not close. A metro almost takes 1hr. It is kind of in the suburbs so there are places to eat about 20 min walk away.. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not try. The couch in the living room.was uncomfortable. Needs to be updated. The doors use a key which is common but does not automatically lock once inside. You have to make sure you lock it with a key..
