Very good hotel, room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast buffet was good and plenty of variety. The 'secure' parking consisted of half a barrier which wasn't the most secure for a motorcycle but secure enough for a car. However the motorcycle was out of view of the street behind the hotel and so was reasonably safe. Valdemoro is a commuter town into Madrid and so has excellent train connections (every half an hour or so from early morning to late evening) and the fare was less than €8 for an adult return ticket. The train station is a good 20-25 minute walk from the hotel so allow plenty of time to get there - the station staff were very helpful.

There were not many restaurants that we could find. Mostly we found bars that served food which was pretty basic and a bit underwhelming.

"Victoria Valdemoro Hotel" is a very nice place to stay. The room was comfortable, it was quite and the stuff was very kind and helpful, especially Amulina (not sure if the spelling is correct), who did her best to let us feel like home. There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets just next to the hotel. There is also a private parking that belongs to the hotel, so there is no need looking for a place to park in the streets. Madrid is half an hour drive away from Valdemoro.

The room was modern and a good size. The bed was a little firm but comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free parking was a real bonus. Transport links to Madrid were terrific with trains every twenty minutes. The included breakfast was excellent. We wish we had had more time to explore Valdemoro itself and will certainly return to do so.

The room was recently renovated and was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having left the hotel and made our way to our home in Mojacar I found I left our spare car keys in the hotel. The hotel very kindly arranged the delivery of the keys to our solicitor in Mojacar and it was a very reasonable cost. We left Sunday and got the keys back on Thursday. Excellent service - above and beyond.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit 'tired' and the red carpet on the stairs from the reception area was dirty and un-inviting.

We chose this hotel because its distance from Parque warner. We arrived after midnight with 3 little sleeping kids at the car. The owner let us in to her privet parking and helped us with our check in. Just across the street there is a lively pub. We grab a grown-up hour for a beer. The breakfast was reach and tasty for the kids too. The hotel room is comfortable
