The hotel was in a quiet area. It has a gym where I can access 24/7, although it was not a complete set up, it was good enough for me. The breakfast selection was good. The bathroom was big. The bed was comfortable. Their staff was helpful and approachable. Overall, we loved the place except for one thing..

No USB ports in the room and it's 2025!?!?!? The exhaust fan in the toilet is not working and we didn't bother reporting it anymore.. but the lack of USB ports was a big disappointment. Otherwise everything was great!

This ought to be a very nice hotel in the perfect position (especially if you arrive by Tesla as the hotel has a bank of superchargers. Just a couple of things let it down.

First, the check-in was somewhat chaotic and took far longer than normal. The staff said this was because they'd just introduced a new computer system - hopefully we were just unlucky and this is now working. The other frustration was breakfast - it's a nice room with the necessary facilities but the orange juice was watered down and unpleasant (despite a juicing machine sitting at the bar unused); hot water was provided by jug (the coffee machine lacks this option) but it hadn't been filled so we had to ask at the bar; and the staff were also slow to refill the bread options.

Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Kettle, hairdryer and mini fridge in the room, shower had good water pressure and was spacious. Parking was available downstairs out of the sun for an additional 6 euros. Location was good and we were able to continue our journey straight out onto the motorway.

Maximum beds per room is 3 so difficult for a family of 4 or 5 travelling. Would be nice if some of the rooms were set up like other hotels, with bunk beds for children, to accommodate a family. In fairness to the hotel, they did give us rooms right next to each other which was helpful.

The staff was amazing! The daily buffet was worth every euro, there were so many options. I forgot her name but she was there daily during breakfast and always welcoming and kind.

The vending machine didn’t work. Being a diabetic if I needed some candy or juice for my low blood sugar the machine was non working.

Hotel room. Really comfy beds. Location. Travelling back to U.K. from Malaga. Great stay over location. Staff at check in. Safe parking. Breakfast very nice.

Not much in local area. On a Sunday. Had light bites that evening. Carpets on level one in corridor just need to be Vaxed or cleaned. Odd that left dirty. Everything else so slick and clean.

Parking has fee, what was not mentioned on Booking, breakfast also for extra money - 12euro per person. I think it is not client-focused. Guys, you have huge yard, location is transit and you are taking 4 euros for day for parking? Not good

Very comfortable bedding. Sufficient breakfast with a decent choice of food. Appreciated the room service.

Restaurant is understaffed in the evening and it may take a little time to get served. But the personnel is very much available and professional. The room I was in needed a little refresh.

The breakfast is not as variety nor delicious as I had in some 4 star hotel in Barcelona or nearby .

I don't like the gym that at my first time I went to the gym and sent the pictures to a friend, but my friend said it looks like a garage for murder... It would be much better if the gym is in a bright place .

The room was clean, bed was comfy, the room has a safe, good and easily accessible location of the hotel (if you have a car), gated parking.

The bathroom could use some paint refreshing maintenance around the edges of the shower doors and floor where the daily cleaning could not be effective enough in removing the dirt buildup.

Location, room comfort and in particular bedding. Breakfast choice.

Parking should be free as it is the only option available. Sofas and other seatings in the room diserve a deep cleaning after a few years of use.
