Location is very convenient being half way between northern Spanish ports and Costa Cálida. Ample free on site parking - or garage at additional cost. Comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Restaurant nextdoor excellent. Have stayed here three times now, and will no doubt return again.

There was a problem with the bathroom sink plug, which I reported, so sink did not hold water. Hot breakfast options could be better- just scrambled eggs and cocktail-like sausages - but lots of cold options to choose from. Location not great as nowhere really to walk to - just a convenient overnight stop.

Parking directly in front of hotel within gates. Good breakfast with a range of items included in price of booking. Friendly staff. Clean & airy room.

States dog friendly. Would say ‘dog accommodating’ rather than ‘dog friendly’. Whilst it allows dogs, they do not allow dog to be left alone in the room or in the dining area within the hotel so eating breakfast has to be done in relay if travelling as a couple. For solo travellers this would be difficult. Restaurant next door (not part of hotel!) did allow us to eat outside with the dog but if travelling in winter, this wouldn’t be really possible due to the weather. €30 charge for dog which is quite expensive compared to other hotels. You do get to use a nice dog bed in the room and a get handy water bowl to take away.

Convenient location for overnight stop when travelling from Santander to Costa Cálida. Easy to find. Good parking.Given free small bottle of cava with superior double room which was a nice welcome gift. Breakfast good with plenty of hot or cold choices. Staff friendly.Air con in room excellent.

Two things would have made our stay even better - the first would be to be able to make a dinner reservation at the Parilla restaurant through the hotel. They say they cannot do this because the hotel does not own the restaurant, but for customer service it would be good if they could. The restaurant is attached to the hotel! (And the food is excellent). And the other small improvement would be perhaps to have a makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom. Location of hotel is in industrial/commercial area, 25 minute walk to main plaza.

Nice hotel close to airport. Breakfast seemed a bit confusing. We hadn't paid but could choose between continental and full depending on price. But you were only allowed 1 coffee, 1 bun or toast if you chose continental and were not allowed the meats or fruit. 😕 Strange concept.

The breakfast. We didn't want to pay €12 each for 3 of us for the full breakfast but paid €6 each for continental but that was only one juice one coffee and one bun or toast! I thought continental was everything not cooked. So should include fruit yogurt and meats and Cheeses.

We are a group of touring cyclists. We stayed at the Sercotel AB Arganda and found a lovely hotel and an absolutely wonderful staff. They had a safe place to store our bicycles overnight and they also stored some bicycle flight cases and suitcases for us for 2 weeks while we completed our trip. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms large and super clean. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommendv this hotel.

The location was fine for our needs as an overnight stay enroute south. The area is pretty commercial and many stores etc to pass the time visiting. Despite being by main road there was no undue traffic noise. Superb restaurant (not part of hotel) adjoining one end of hotel.

We had booked using an incorrect detail (our fault) it had been corrected by us via email and acknowledged as correct by the hotel. However on arrival there was no record at the hotel and they wanted us to rebook at an extra cost to that already booked some £40.00 more. Fortunately I had the email on me and the matter was resolved. Breakfast was not the best we've had basic and we didn't think best produce. Having said that we would use them again but travel out for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and well organised. The bathroom in the Superior room was spacious and decorated to a high standard.

This is supposed to be a dog friendly hotel but there are no facilities for guests with a dog to eat in the hotel so we had to eat out at night. There is an outside eating area which is not guaranteed to be open, likewise breakfast. This is a good business hotel, maybe they should stick to that and not claim to cater for dog owners.

We stayed here the night before long flights to Abu Dhabi from Madrid airport. We booked last minute as we were worried we might miss our flight if we left it to the next day. This hotel came at a good price. The parking was secure. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a drink in the bar after a meal in the nearby town and decided that next time we would eat at the hotel restaurant.

It would have been good if the restaurant had displayed their menu.

We loved this hotel! Everything was perfect for us. It was located directly on our bicycle route with a big grocery store a short walk away. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable and even had a little fridge to cool our drinks. The check in was easy and the woman at reception was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, there was a storeroom at reception where our bicycles were safely parked overnight.

We liked everything.

The room was very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Having access to the sauna was truly amazing—it was the perfect way to unwind and added a special touch to our experience. We felt so refreshed and looked forward to every moment spent there.
