Great location, especially if you are travelling by car and visiting park Warner. Getting into Madrid centre is also very easy to using public transport. We stayed here while attending the mad cool festival. Great location. The breakfast in the morning is perfect. Gets busy between 10-11. We went around 9am the first morning and it was quiet. We arrived down stairs on the 2nd morning around 10.10 and it was busy. Had to que to get seated. ( waiting on others finishing and leaving to get seats ). The girl who works at the breakfast in the morning is amazing. She doesn’t stop and always has a smile on her face. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it is always our first choice when visiting the area. The free onsite parking is great to. You are only a 2 minute walk to the style outlets and the Nassica centro comercial.

The stay was hilariously eventful, with a police raid, naked guy in the corridor, lots of noise late at night, customers raiding the breakfast buffet like their lives depended on it and behaving like animals, but all in good fun. The location is great, and there is convenient parking space. There even is a bathtub! The staff is friendly-ish. The stay was surreal, but very fun...

The hotel is noisy and the whole thing has a bit of a Helzappopin feel to it, but for a cheap travel hotel, it is not surprising. Elevators are basically unusable for 3/4 of the time, as there are too many people and not enough space, so get ready to take the elevators. The rooms are sort of run down, as is the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is assaulted by the customers, but in a cheap hotel, you cannot expect much.

The staff was very friendly, the room was (almost) perfectly clean. I loved the quiet at night. For me the location was great, close to where I had business to do, and just a stone throw away from the shopping mall with various restaurants.

The only thing I really disliked was that they served really weird plastic-like square sliced cheese at breakfast. Maybe it was vegan cheese? And the juice machine mixes powder and water and they hadn’t cleaned it for a while so the nozzle was mouldy.

The staff was amazing, especially Milly, who was on reception one morning. She was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to help us navigate public transport into the center of Madrid. Big shoutout to Milly for her fantastic service!

The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Day one was better as it included scrambled eggs, which were enjoyable. However, day two was quite disappointing in comparison.

Location was great, with lots of parking, places nearby to shop and dine out, and not far away from the Warner Park. Staff was also very friendly and the room was in very good shape. Breakfast could have more variety, but what it had, it was good.

The kindness and smile of Ruth during breakfast. She was amazing. The location is excellent, a walking distance to the outlet and plenty restaurants around, and 15 minutes to Warner Park. The room has a good size.

First night, we asked reception to join the beds since we are a couple. The lady at reception was very strict and said we have to wait till the next day to have it done. Can't understand how a Holiday Inn doesn't have 1 person available to help. Very strong smell of cigarette in the room. We called reception, and they came with a spray, but it didn't solve the issue. The 5 nights we spent there, we had the same awful smell. The shower was not very good, water coming cold and hot, in turns.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The refund we asked for was processed immediately and we received it the following day. The hotel is located next to big shopping malls in 2-min walking distance. This was also very convenient for refreshing, food and shopping.

The location was good as a stop off whilst travelling from Santander to Southern Spain. The hotel was easy to find, had free parking, which was quite secure with CCTV. It is across the road from a large retail park/shopping center with a great atmosphere and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a continental, self service, buffet and had everything you needed.

There was an unmarked raised man hole on the way in, which could be risky to some vehicles and really needs signposting or fixing.

Great value for money hotel near an outlet shopping centre. Plenty of choice for restaurants nearby. Excellent overnight stop with easy access to motorway. Staff very pleasant and breakfast in Holiday Inn tradition, ie adequate but nothing fancy. Only minor niggle, bed was on the firm side.
