From waking up the breakfast was very good and the choice was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds and the pool attendant was nice and helpful, the restaurant offered plenty of choice, the room was very clean and the bedding and towels was changed every day

The only thing I didn't like was the very busy road but was not a problem because Uber taxis picked us up every day , the only time you noticed the busy road was when you waited for me taxi, I would definitely stay here again

The room was fantastic, very comfortable, very spacious and beautiful, it looked like a cottage Food as well was delicious and goods price/quality Staff were friendly and nice

the only shame was the poor number of people as staff, thereby they had to do long shift and were busy as not organized very well, this is getting a nowdays issue in the hospitality sector to have less staff - Morever as the season was over the swimming pool was closed, although that week temperature was hitting 30 degrees, that could have been a reason to be flexible and open the swimming pool for guests anyway

I attended the MADCOOL festival and this hotel was close to the venue, no problem getting a taxi and a great base for Madrid center , nice and relaxed during the day around the pool , not too busy and quiet.

Only thing I didn't like was the busy main road , but unless you are outside the the grounds of the hotel you don't notice it.

Need much more warmer bedding for winter. The beds are made up with only a sheet and topper with a spare blanket. Although there was heating in the room we felt cold so an extra bedding would be nice at winter. Apart from that all was perfect and great free parking underneath the room.

Room and bathroom were a good size. Restaurant was good. Reception and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We had not realised that all the rooms were on the first floor and as two people in our mid eighties although in good health it was less than ideal. The same comment applies to the in bath shower rather than a walk in shower and from reception to the restaurant there are two sets of steps without handrails. The bed was too hard for us.

The room was very pleasant. The breakfast was good too.

The heating/air con couldn’t be switched off. It sounded as if there was a toilet running all night. Disappointing. I had never visited before so wasn’t sure about dinner. I eventually worked out you could get a meal and not simply take the group food on offer.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was very clean. The garage for each room reminds me of those 1960s James Bond Motels (aging charmingly). The swimming pool extremely clean, the staff helpful, the environment there uplifting and relaxing. And if you arrive after the hotel's restaurant/cafeteria is closed, well, there's a 24-hour opened gas station/Carrefour next door, with great options of snacks. You can always Uber your food in as well- just use any of those apps anyway. A PLEASURE! Totally going back next time in Madrid.

Great for stopping over when driving from north to south, room was clean and had everything you need nice spacious bathroom and plenty of space in the room. You have your own entrance and parking space under the room which was fantastic.

Food at the restaurant was not great very basic. Staff were lovely but when we arrived late afternoon evening there was only one person working which meant checking in was very slow as there were lots of people arriving, they need another person working at the reception.

Nice rooms very quiet and spacious. Toilet facilities were clean and with necessary accessories. Breakfast includes both international and local food

The facility is a bit dated and should need renovation (for example, the laminate in the rooms is not top notch). The breakfast coffee (for an Italian guy) is not acceptable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find. Great location for en route to Santander . Nice pool at the hotel.

Bed wasn't that comfy. Room wasn't ready when we arrived even though we arrived after time we said would arrive.Staff in restaurant spoke no English and menu was in Spanish only.
