The staff really did go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable but also to make us feel extra special even with our little dog who got her own bed and bowl and a little welcome gift. As Brits we love a cuppa so we asked if we could rent a kettle and was promptly provided with one free of charge. Very beautiful, clean hotel

Nothing really. Dogs not welcome in the restaurant but thats pretty standard and completely acceptable and we were aware of this anyway. They did say it was ok to leave the dog unattended in our room but we chose to eat breakfast in stages to allow company for our dog (as she barks alone)

Nice location to stay after visiting the Warner Park. Clean and simple and with a good car parking.

Breakfast was a bit poor and it ends at 10 am. That is unsuitable if you wish to rest a little bit latter. Pool opens only at 11 am and checkout is at 12 so people that are checking out are not supposed to enjoy the pool during the morning.

Selected the hotel as a stopover on the way between Santander and Nerja, was approximately half way, did not use hotel restaurant as a wedding was happening however there was ample local restaurants available within walking distance. Matrices was excellent

The hotel advertised parking and when you get there there is an 11 euro charge which was not mentioned, plenty of free parking outside the hotel

It is a much better hotel that I expected. The interior is stylish, the room was big, the bed and pillow were heaving. I must have had one of the best sleeps ever when travelling. Staff was friendly, has secure parking and has as well a small pool. What is strange that the restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner is not part of the hotel. The dinning area was a bit open air and felt tropical. The staff was friendly and accomendating with my dietary request and dinner was very good. Last not least the location is great. You are completely by passing driving through Madrid, which is a major advantage.

The breakfast experience was just awful! It was situated in a separate area from the dinner setup, and the offerings left much to be desired. Each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic, which was a notable downside. Surprisingly, staples like milk, yogurt, eggs, cheese, ham, and fruit were noticeably absent. Instead, the breakfast selection heavily relied on preserved items like pastries, margarine, and jam. This approach made the breakfast spread feel more like a scientific experiment . Additionally, the settling of the breakfast required cash payment when finished.

Fantastic location as it is very close to shops and transport and an easy commute to Madrid Central. Fabulous parks close at hand and Valdemoro feels very safe. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The bed was comfortable and the rooms exceptionally clean

We were allocated a room which had an adjoining door to someone elses room, (who we didnt know), this meant we could hear very clearly the television from the other room late at night. These rooms should only be used for families or guests who want the convenience of an adjoining room, not for people who do not know each other, there is a lack of privacy.

Generally most went well, but continental breakfast didn’t have as much choice as other hotels we have stayed in, and dining room was cold. Staff we’re happy, helpful and efficient.Hotel good for an overnight stay mid journey.

Hotel took some finding as post code on sat nav is different to that in brochure. If hotel had been full, then there wouldn’t have been room in official car park, nor on street nearby. Also brochure indicates there is a restaurant as part of the hotel but that was closed no indication why. Receptionist suggested a restaurant near by in walking distance.

the hotel/rooms were nice and the breakfast had a really good variety of products

Parking was close for maintenance and we didn't know it until we arrived with the cars. Luckily we found some parking spots not far

The room was nice, very clean, the waiters at breakfast were very friendly, the breakfast was cheap and they didn’t charge for the child (2 yr)

The receptionist was helpful but not very friendly (maybe just shy), the breakfast wasn’t very good, just white and a bit stale bread with butter and marmalade or pastries, no healthy options.

Room and hotel were clean and pet friendly. Next to Dia supermarket and Park. Hotel has secure parking but you can park in street for free. There are cafes and restaurants near by. About 1.5 km from motorway but easy to find. Did not have meals in hotel, just drink in bar attached to restaurant.
