I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Olala in Madrid! Here are some of the highlights: Firstly, the location is unbeatable. The metro station is literally in front of the apartment, just a one-minute walk away. This made it incredibly easy to connect to anywhere in the city. The hosts were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. One of the nicest touches was finding the fridge stocked with a variety of refreshing drinks, all free of charge. It was such a welcome gesture. The 24/7 assistance was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff always available to answer any questions or provide assistance whenever needed. Additionally, we were able to leave our luggage at a nearby storage room for free, which was very convenient and allowed us to explore the city without the burden of our bags. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid. Everything was perfect and made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was of excellent design; very stylish, spacious, and clean. The couch was big; really comfortable, likewise the bed. Flatscreen was great! The fact that they were at my service, over the phone and by email, when I had any questions.

Just an idea: a little fridge would have made it more perfect. It's a bit further away from the city centre, but normally perfectly reachable by metro, line 1. Even by metro 6 (little walk to Pacifico first), and a nearby bus that goes to Cibeles.

Rooms are clean and tidy, and you get welcome drinks in a mini fridge along with tea and coffee. The check-in process is really good. you get a link a day before you arrive, and you check on that link, and then you get codes to enter the building and room. its straight forward as instructions are very clear. The location is well placed, and the metro line 1 station is 2 minutes away, which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes. All in all, exceptional,.would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

One suggestion is that one time slippers could be placed in the room so that rooms do not get dirty because of shoes.

It was a perfect value for money stay in Madrid. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and best of all: one of the least expensive once in Madrid! The location is perfect for city tripping: line 1 metro (that connects to all the Madrid highlights) is located 10 meters from the hotel! There are also two large supermarkets just around the corner and nice local bar that serves killer coffee (among other things). We would definitely come back here when we visit Madrid again :)

As stated in many reviews, the auto-keylock didn't function. After we spoke to one of the staff (by telephone) they told us that we also could enter via a code that we could enter on another keylock. Unfortunately that code wasn't provided with the check-in info (free tip for Olala Homes, because it was a bit of a bad start of a very great stay :)

The beds were very comfortable, the location is great, it is located just next to the subway, plenty of cafes, supermarkets nearby. Loved the friendliness of all the staff.

Had some issues during the check-in (my reservation was lost, but the staff managed to resolve it within 1h. There is no on-site reception, but the call center and the housekeepers on-site were very nice. Afterwards everyone made extra sure that I had a nice stay. Special thanks to Griselda, who was the one that found my reservation :) Cleaning could be done a bit better, there was a lot of dust under my bed. Otherwise can't complain. A small fridge would be a nice touch.

We had a triple room, which was perfect for 2 people because there was a couch and tv space next to the bed, room was quite big and we had a good space. Staff was attentive, they always texted me back very quickly. The location is far away for the centre but it was 60m distance from metro station which was perfect.

The bathroom sink was stucked and one day the hot water didnot work but when I texted them, they had a very quick reaction and helped us.

The property was well located and situated right next to a metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any issues, will definitely be coming back and would recommend it!

Location ! Literally 40 meters from the metro station. Easily 16 minutes at every time of day with only one metro ride to the city center. Pretty good value for money regarding whole experience, cleanliness and ease of acces.

Shared open atrium out front the room can be little noisy when people from adjacent room coming trough, but it's a minor issue because it only last a couple of minutes. One have to close up the drapes though at that time.

We had a modern, small, twin bed room (double bed was not available) with a sofa and a small bathroom. The patio was shared with other guests. Privacy could be better, as the rooms are facing each other. Super easy to reach, checking in was a piece of cake and overal very comfortable.

A bit smaller than we expected, but fine for sleeping. A fridge would have been nice.

Bus stop is 2min. walking distance They are very frrequent, i can say, they came every minute (eg. Bus to ATOCHA). easly you can reach to touristic center. We are very happy about that.
