The experience was overall very good. From the very beginning, personnel were very nice and professional, we checked in in no time, and we received all the necessary information about additional facilities and services. The room was spacey and clean, and the view from the window was great. We used the swimming pool area a lot. There were some beach loungers you could use (if it was not too crowded), and you could rent towels from the hotel. The water in the pool was rather cold, but in the heat of summer, it was perfect for cooling down (and the pool was never too crowded).

The only inconvenience was related to the bar service on the swimming pool area. It was not clear how to place the order from there. It was not working from the application level, and the phone that should be used for that was not working.

The Hotel is very beautiful itself, our room was spacious, the beds are very clean and comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is doing a marvelous job, we've always found our room as if we just arrived on the first day. Crispy clean and smelling good. :) The food and beverages are really good at their restaurant. The breakfast had several options, frequently refilled, tables always cleaned. It's not too far from the Airport by car. The Retiro park is 10mins walk away, museums and public transportation is also easily accessed from this location.

The pool was a little bit colder than what I expected, but I wouldn't say that it's a negative thing. Just be careful if you prefer warmer waters!

Everything went well, starting with the reception staff amability and efficiency (including Eva, Raul, Nagib, Natalia, Isaac), providing information and anything we asked for. We got a clean quiet and spacious room in a high floor, good bathroom, comfy beds. Elevators were fast. Breakfast was very good quality and service excellent ( Mr David himself made sure we were well attended). Room cleaning crew (Mrs Lupe) left our room fresh and clean every day. Location was also excellent )( There are bus stops and a subway station, just one corner away. There was also a terrace and small pool at the rooftop, we visited it, but didn't use it due to all we wanted to see in Madrid. The days were very hot and there was either some iced tea or water at a table near the elevators to refresh us when we arrived.

The make-up mirror holder arm was somewhat loose due to prolongued use. Maybe search for another solution.

The Location is nice, near the Metro and easy to get to IFEMA from Conde de Casal, also to Sol etc. Near the Parque de El Retiro, less than 15 minutes' walk. The Breakfast is very nice and the staff are so kind. I liked French omelette. The room is clean and spacious with bath tub. The water pressure is enough. Fascinating elevator. The bar is nice, and chicken poke bowl was good. Gracias por todo!

If the breakfast has more vegetable and fresh yogurt, it will be perfect! It is not shopping area and there are not so much restaurants around there. The bar's chicken poke bowl was so nice, but the grilled chicken by the room service was awful, too hard. There was no complimentary water in the room, neither slippers.

Very clean room, and also the rest of the building, good selection for breakfast, very helpful staff all over, we enjoyed the pool on a very hot temperature. We got there much earlier and they checked us in. very close to the Metro. We would go back for sure next time in Madrid.

Maybe the walls were not sound proof, you could hear next room people. And some very noisy children in the pool unsupervised by parents (not hotel responsibility)

The hotel staff were fabulous. All very naturally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with very comfortable beds. Nespresso machine in the rooms is always a great idea too! The lift system was perfect as we never waited for too long. The breakfast was excellent - with a good choice and the best idea was offering it until 11am. Also the location was great for us, just outside the centre but near enough to walk to Retiro Park & botanical gardens. The airport transfer took only 20minutes and the Atocha train station only 10 mins by taxi was perfect too.

The only suggestion could be that for New Years Day breakfast - add something a little bit special to impress/ for the guests to remember that day! Many New Year stays we were offered a champagne breakfast...just an idea!

Clean and quiet

No parking in front of hotel lobby. It’s not easy to park just for few minutes to be checked in and drop the bags.They have some weird two spaces not visible and taken on the side of hotel and that’s it. Hotel has an underground parking but you can access it only after check in with make it difficult if you have a lot of luggage Suggestion is to offer to clients to pay underground parking before coming so they can enter with the car number automatically to the parking.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds and a coffee machine was a bonus. We loved the pool and the terrace. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location worked for us, about 25 mins walk from Park Retiro, there are a couple of bus stops just outside (watch out for the weekend bus routes, as these seem to vary slightly to the weekdays). Metro 6 is just across the roundabout, 1 about 10 min walk. We used Uber from the airport but went back by metro, which was about 45 min and really straightforward. We used the family card for travel (5 of us), it cost €2.50 and then you pay €6.10 to top up with 10 journeys, so a great deal. We walked a lot, so this was perfect. There is a €3 surcharge to travel to the airport, which can be purchased before exiting at the terminals. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The only thing to mention is the lack of breakfast options if you don't want to spend €20 a head (kids eat free). The menu seems to list smaller breakfast items such as coffee & a pastry, but we were told these were not available. There is a fabulous Venezuelan cafe just down the road (Café Sitio) and we also ate at Rodilla. Both do great breakfast and have a brilliant service.

The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. They were spacious as was the bathroom and very clean. The breakfast was very good too and a good selection

The pool area was very clean and the sun Loungers were very comfortable. However the closed roof over the sun loungers meant there was no air circulation and at 38 degrees the build up of heat was unbearable. The roof over the pool was the same design but the slats were open which made it very pleasant.
