The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. It is very conveniently located only a few blocks away from Atocha station, so it’s great for short stays connecting here. Bed was super comfortable, shower was excellent, and everything looked super neat. It looks just like the pictures.

Everything was good. The only bad thing I can point out is that they are not very responsive, and the code they sent to enter the building was not working. We were very lucky that there happened to be a representative who helped us, but he said he was about to leave so I wonder what would happen if there wasn’t anyone there.

Location is excellent as for families with children as for young couples. The unit is truly spacious and its condition was like new. They have taken care of the classic building of Madrid in corridors, stairs, main entrance and doors. For me, that I’m from here, makes me feel like hosts really concern.

Plates, glasses and silverware are only few and some of them were dirty or glued to another because some dry food in between. Only one normal coffe capsule, the rest of them were decaffeinated. Sofa bed far of confortable. No sound could be heard from the street but the tv of another apartment was like inside ours.

Very close to Atocha train station. Many luggage storage services around the apartment which was very convenient (I found one by Nannybag the closest to the apartment). The communication was great via WhatsApp. We received the password for entering the building and getting into our room on the day we arrived. No key needed. After entering the building, there were two short flights of stairs before getting to the elevator to the room (I didn't have any problem carrying my two big luggages up these stairs). The apartment was big. Could easily accommodate 2-4 people. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They also provide coffee capsules, and dish washing amenities in a little bag. We had a very nice stay here and will come back if we visit Madrid again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious apartment located right near the main railway station. The customer service was prompt and responsive to all our queries. The apartment was well-suited for a family of four – clean, comfortable, and practical. It offered great value for money and was conveniently located for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

Except for the narrow passage from the entrance to the apartment but that's not a big issue..

It was very spacious, clean, good quality facilities, comfortable & the location was reasonably central. There is a Metro station 3 mins. away plus a different line about 15 mins in the center near the railway station I would recommend this property for couples to stay. The photos were exactly how the property is, no false pictures it was excellent.

The only thing which was not up to par. was the wc, the push button kept sticking down & the float valve stuck on occasions which meant there was no water in the cistern to flush. There was nothing that spoiled our stay just a little annoying.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an overall pleasant experience. The apartment is quite spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the abundance of lights throughout the apartment added a bright and cheerful ambiance. The bathroom was notably large with a fantastic shower, providing a refreshing start to the day. The kitchen was spotless and very user-friendly, equipped with everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. There were only a couple of minor issues during my stay. The apartment door did not work properly, which was a bit of an inconvenience, and there was a noticeable stain on the couch. However, these did not significantly detract from the overall experience. The apartment is reasonably priced and conveniently located near the Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, as well as the train station. This made it easy to explore some of Madrid's key cultural sites. However, the neighborhood itself was rather dull and lacked excitement. Despite these small drawbacks, I would recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent location near major attractions.

I was lucky to find this place available at a very late hour after my train from Ciudad Real to Valencia had deviated to Madrid because of DANA, so the train rails were blocked and impossible to arrive to Valencia, so finding this place last moment and so close to Atocha train station was a salvation to me. I had a great stay, the place is very clean and comfortable so I was able to have a good night sleep after all the stress. I'm glad I found it and definitely when I'll come back to Madrid (in happier circumstances) I'll come back to this place. Very recommended.

Location, kitchen, unit layout, people were responsive

I absolutely will never use again because of the check-in process. I had to give all my personal info and credit card over WhatsApp to an unknown person/entity. I will NEVER do that again and if I had known, I would Never have booked. Shame on you booking .com for no advance warning!!! UGH! It was confusing also and I had to assist another guest.

- overall, apartment was nice and included everything that we were needed - owner provided us crib for free - location is good if you want to like close to Atocha train station

- there were not breakfast, but since it is apartment, cannot think as complain - the main entrance is not easy if you have a strollers or heavy luggages, since you need to go up by stairs before you would be able to use elevator - keep in mind the corridor to elevator is very tiny - neighbourhood did not look good, and created some vibes of unsafe location, therefore you can find better spots if you need different vibes from the city (which is close to the main attractions)

We had a good experience at this Atocha Reina Sofia apartment in Madrid. The location was ideal for our needs, as we were only staying one night before catching a connecting train. The proximity to the Atocha train station made our travel incredibly easy and stress-free. The apartment was easy to get to and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It featured two cozy bedrooms and a sofa bed, all of which were very comfortable and ensured a good night’s rest. Also the apartment's location worked great for us, with a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, and a bakery all within walking distance. This made it easy to grab a meal or pick up any essentials we needed. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this apartment hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our quick stopover in Madrid.
