Great location. Walk to train, Reina Sofia, and, a bit farther, the Prado. Really clean. Noisy location cured by double windows.

This is a guest house, not a hotel. You enter, with a code, through a rather forbidding door that is hardly marked. But once in the room, it’s great.

The place was close to Atocha station and within walking distances of so many sites. The directions and how to get in were really clear and communication was excellent. There are lockers to leave bags and coffee in the reception. The towels and amenities are wonderful and there is coffee in the room as well as a fridge. The shower was great. The bed was really comfortable. Despite the small room, I would stay here again if I had an overnight trip.

The room was even smaller than I thought. It fit our needs but if wouldn't be a place I would want to hang out other than sleeping (the bed takes most of the room). Being on the main street it was a bit noisy (although I imagine there may have been rooms that didn't face the street).

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Some guests may find it small, but if you’ve stayed in major cities in the US or Europe, I think you’d find it to be average, especially at the nightly cost. The location is excellent, especially if you are interested in visiting museums, since three of the best museums in Madrid are only a short walk away.

The only thing that I didn’t love at first, mainly because I didn’t expect it, was how different Uma Suites is compared to a normal hotel. I like the ease and anonymity of just walking in and heading to your room in a larger hotel. Getting to the property is a little bit more involved, and since it’s comprised of one floor, it feels a little more intimate in a way. That being said, I believe this allows the property to have a smaller footprint in Madrid, which is definitely a good thing.

The apartments are in a central, easy-to-reach location which is brilliant if you don't want to use the metro while visiting the museums and other attractions in Madrid. The two young men at reception were delightful and very helpful. The coffee and sweets at reception are very delicious too. They had left a handwritten postcard in the room and a small box of typical sweets from Madrid - this was a very nice, personal touch. The place was very safe for a solo traveller and the room was simple but very clean.

I wished that there was a proper chair in the room - the high stool was not comfortable to sit on.

Location is excellent as it is very near the Atocha train station. Staff was very nice and allowed us to get to our room at 12noon, 2 hours ahead of the scheduled check in. The gentleman also gave us a brand New kettle so we didn't need to run to the management office to get hot water. Room is big enough with 2bunits of air conditioner, shower room has a full screen door so no worry about wetting the floor. Enough towels were provided for our 4 night stay. So glad that there is an elevator in the building and also felt safe with the electronic locks (4 sets) installed! Btw, accomodation provides luggage storage which is great.

Took us a while to find the accommodate as there is no sign indicating the Uma Suites, we had to call the office to confirm the direction/entrance. The walkway is dark on ground floor as the motion sensor light doesn't turn on as quickly. Sound insulation lacking so road and pedestrian noise got to the room easily. One has to set expectation - this is not a hotel , once aligned on this, the stay is actually very nice

The location is great. It's very close to the Reina Sofia art museum and Metro arte. The room is very clean and tidy. There's a water kettle in the room that's what I like the most. There's also a minibar outside in the public area. The room is reasonably spacious for a big luggage and shower space is also good enough. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful, checking indie is well organised 👍

It's just one night transfer in Madrid. I wish I could spend more time here.

Great location, close to Atocha station and to many attractions including Prado, Thyssen and Sofia museums and central Madrid etc. 3rd floor room was comfortable and quiet with shutters and additional sliding glass windows to minimise street noise. The building has a lift.

Little interaction with staff and access to tea/coffee facilities in common area restricted to 9.30 to 5 - when we were out.

Location was great, with easy access to the Retiro Park and the Sofia Museum which count among the city's prime attractions. We liked the "green" focus of the hotel as reflected in the recyclable clothes hangers and the minimalist decore. The warming towel bar was a treat, the self-contained shower stall with a fully-closable door as well as the ceiling air vent kept the rest of the bathroom dry and neat.

Mattress on the sofa bed could be firmer and provide more support (sinking in some spots). The courtesy bar with hot drinks and light snacks should stay open until 6:00pm as promised.

Great place in a lovely and beautiful building. The location is very convenient and in the center of things, and I really liked the interior design, the thought about the details in thre room, and the wonderful staff. Thank you very much for a quick but very enjoyable stay. Muchisimas gracias para todo.

No comments. Nothing bothered me at my stay

Very central to Madrid with various restaurants and transportation options right outside the door. My room has beautiful windows and views of the city. Property provided lockers to store luggage before check-in and after checkout-out if needed. Staff was very welcoming and made sure I understood instructions for using digital keys.

Everything was great. The only thing is I didn’t look carefully that no iron was provided.
