Great location a few minutes walk from Museo Reina Sofia There are some great bars and eating spots very close by Apartment was spotless and really appreciated the powerful AC during our stay as it was 40 degrees outside. Beds were v comfy and quality bed linen. A nice touch was the cleaning pack which had a washing up sponge, washing up liquid and spare bin liners etc. I wish all apartments did this Door code made easy access and never had to worry about losing the keys

Could have done with some storage for clothes, especially in the single room. The apartment is full of stylish but useless ornaments which look great for the staging photos but there was nowhere to put anything if you are staying longer then a night or two. The small bedroom had nothing - not a hook or drawer. The double bedroom had tiny wardrobe. Luckily in the hall there were some hooks which I had to use for all my clothes.

This apartment was located very near to the places we wanted to visit. It was well-furnished and comfortable. One bed was firmer (which I need), and one was softer; both had comfortable bedding and pillows. The amenities were excellent: the air conditioning worked great, dishwasher was quiet, access was easy, shower was pleasant, fridge was good size, etc. The area was quiet, the luggage lockers were useful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell they have put thought into these flats for visitors.

The smaller bedroom did not have any place for clothing, which wasn’t inconvenient for our short stay, but others may find it helpful to have a small clothes rack or shelf.

One of my favourite stays during the trip This apartment in Madrid was one of the best stays on our trip. It had all the essentials we needed, was in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants, and offered great value for the price. The beds were super comfortable, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. We also really appreciated the on-site locker storage, which made things so much easier after checkout while waiting for our train. A comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommend!

The only downside was a slight smell in the bathroom that seemed to linger; possibly due to ventilation issues. It wasn’t a major problem, but something that could be improved for added comfort.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Nice, well-equipped kitchen.

Getting in was frustrating and overly complicated. Check-in time was 4:00 pm. Every other place we stayed was 3:00 pm. As requested, I notified the property of our flight arrival time and that we would arrive at the property between 3 and 4 pm. We arrived at 3:30 and were unable to get in. I called the property number provided on the reservation and was told I'd reached the Barcelona office, not Madrid. She offered to give me the Madrid number. I didn't have anything to write on, then she hung up on me. We had to wait for a half hour in a tiny, claustrophobic hallway until 4 for the door to be unlocked remotely. Communications were cold, impersonal and corporate. Living room was very cramped when sofa bed was open.

Excellent location,stunning views, comfortable beds, so quiet. Easy access to the whole of Madrid and tucked away from the hustle and bustle . So many excellent restaurants and bars close by including Taberna mas al Sur, Gato Gato, Bodega de Los secretos. The communication from the Aspasios team was excellent from start to finish and reply’s were super prompt. The views from the terrace were fab and just being able to sit and relax up there was perfect. Air conditioning was very efficient and the showers too. The covered terrace at the front was so relaxing to sit on too. All in all a fabulous apartment run by a fabulous company.

The only issue could be the stairs as they are quite steep up to the roof terrace and care has to be taken to get down. Maybe a lounger on there too to go with the settee and chairs .

Communication with staff during booking process and whilst at apartment was good and small issues regarding number of bath towels and request for extra dishwasher soap were dealt with immediately. Apartment was clean and comfy and the balcony was great for early evening drinks. The apartment is well located for supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants and is within walking distance of major attractions.

Perhaps provide a few basics like salt and pepper, olive oil in the apartment (small sachets would work) but other than that there was nothing we didn't like..

Wonderful little flat. Everything needed was provided. Location was central, yet quiet and felt very safe. Check in system was very easy to use. We arrived earlier in the day and the property manager was very receptive and kind to allow an early check in, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight with young children. Thank you for a great stay in Madrid!

Flat is tight once you have the pullout couch extended. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t fold it away since we were out most of the day. Bathroom is also quite small, but worked fine for our family.

The apartment was comfortable and in a great location. Easy to access, cool in the summer, and great storage for actually unpacking your suitcase. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, as well as grocers.

While the kitchen was decently stocked in terms of cooking equipment, there was no olive oil or salt, which would have been nice. There was very little soundproofing. Luckily our neighbors seemed to be relatively quiet and didn't keep hours that were too late or early, but we heard just about everything (people walking up the stairs, doors slamming, talking). We live in the city ourselves, so are used to noise and it was still noticeable. Also, a few extra bed pillows would have been nice.

This property was in a great location near many restaurants & excursions! It’s a newly renovated apartment & very clean. There’s a self check out process that seemed confusing at first but the staff was always available and reachable by phone. They made the whole process very easy. We were able to check in early which was great! Highly recommend staying here!

There was an issue with the shower attached to the room with the single bed. When the water pressure is strong the shower did not drain properly and ended up pooling water. It was very slippery & not very safe.

If I get on here and tell you that everything wasn’t superb I’d be lying. Everything was incredible! Close to the train station, plenty of restaurants around… we walked to the Prado museum, shopping areas to eat etc. I had not a single issue. Just keep in mind you can’t get in the room until 4pm. I wish there was a 30 mins grace period that’s about it. There are no rest rooms readily available so do what you must with that info. My daughter almost peed herself and we were outside the room at 3:50 and they said no.
