Location great- Prado museum, Retiro Park, restaurants, Atocha all walking distance. Evenings were quiet and room clean.

Shared bathroom down the hall, but clean with a tiny shower in room. Difficult to time pickup of stored luggage since it was after checkout. Not allowed to change in bathroom upon pickup of luggage which was disappointing. We had just run Madrid half marathon and ended up staying in our running clothes for a 4 hour bus ride to Valencia. Proprietor stated shared bathroom had just been cleaned handed us our luggage and closed the door:(

Location is great, the room is good but very small for 2 people.

Very hard to find the location of this rental apartments. Should be posted more details on how to get inside without the keys which is required for the building entry.

I think it’s the best option for someone who wants to enjoy the town not the hostel itself. The location is perfect and it’s the cheapest option available in the city centre! The rooms are very tiny, but so clean as well as shared bathrooms, also so quiet at night and mornings. The staff are super cool and friendly, however they can’t speak English much. We arrived like 3 hours earlier but he accepted to take care of our heavy luggages!!

It doesn’t have any kitchen or even a coffee maker!!

The location allows you to visit the city and easily return to rest.

Walking distance to the most of must see pkaces. Only 10 min walk to Cibeles where night bus to airport stops. Perfect place for short stay. Stuff is very nice and helpfull

The location the fact it's 400 yards from Atocha station - the train station I needed to catch a train to Barcelona

The floor was dirty. I had to buy some disinfectant and clean with a diluted solution and one of the towels that was available. Tiny bathroom I could smell cigarette smoke from the next bedroom despite it being advertised as a no smoking property

Very close to the train and bus station. Easy walk to museums and places of interests.

This was an excellent location directly across the street from the Prado and Botanical Gardens. I got the last room available for a really good price and I am a happy customer. The manager Nell was great and I look forward to staying here again.
