Location, feel and vibe of hotel was great. Buffet breakfast lovely and bed super comfy. Amazed at sound proofing as had construction directly outside our window 😊

The hallways are too dark. Shower controls need to be updated / simplified to a one handle setup and hot water improved . Bartender was not happy when we asked him fill up our ice bucket. The person at check out was disinterested when I showed him by Radisson rewards would not activate on my iphone and suggested I try it somewhere else.

The location is fantastic and close to many attractions and the room is very functional. You can cast netflix on your tv.

Since I stayed here before, some of the lower floor (2nd) might hear some clubbing music all night. Therefore on my second stay, I was on the 5th floor so everything was perfect.

The location is superb. A short walk to the main attractions ie Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Atocha train station and the Metro station. The modern art decor is superb. The room was most comfortable and the hotel is spotless throughout. The breakfast buffet is superb.

I liked everything about this hotel. I have stayed previously which is why I returned and I will return again.

Bathroom in room could be cleaner. Floor was full of hair and floor in room weren’t wiped enough.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and the Gran Via just a short distance away. The staff are very friendly, and I meant to write down their names but forgot. However, they were all helpful and amazing throughout my stay. I even checked out late, and they didn't charge me or mention it at all. I truly appreciate their kindness, which made my stay in Madrid peaceful and smooth. I genuinely thank them for making this stay in Madrid a positive experience. One last thing I want to mention, which could be important to some, is that the windows can be opened, so you are able to breathe fresh air.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the elevators for parking. We had a car and a lot of luggage, and we couldn't take the luggage up to the hotel because they later told us we could go from the hotel down to the parking area, but we couldn't go the other way around. Later, even using the elevator to go down to the parking lot didn't work, so I'm not sure why the elevator isn't operating in the parking lot.

Virtually everything. Our main contact, Roger, was quite helpful as were all the staff we encountered. I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t partake. The bars, especially the rooftop, were excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Metro was convenient to the property.

Unfortunately my backpack was nicked as I was attending to a late check-in at 2300 hours. My fault, as I left it several feet behind me looped to my luggage while completing the check-in. Roger and the staff went above and beyond in an attempt to locate it. CCTV and other methods were used to no avail. I lost nothing critical and chalked it up as a learning experience. Roger comped the three of us drinks and dinner.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The entire property, including our room, was modern, spotless, and incredibly inviting. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. It was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations and will remain a fond memory for us. Highly recommended!

Locations, room size and staff were all excellent

Felt like you should be able to control the air con in the room. Room was really warm and having spoke to reception it was set for the whole hotel according to outside temperature with no portable fans available to assist with cooling. Resulted in propping open window to get fresh air/cooling air into the room

We had a great stay at Radisson RED Madrid. The location is excellent—central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and overall, the ambiance was modern and inviting. A special mention goes to Mr. Wojtek at the reception—he was exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His helpful attitude really stood out and made a positive impression. The rest of the staff were also courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. However, one area that could be improved was housekeeping—specifically, the shower gel and hand wash were not refilled during our visit, which caused some inconvenience. Despite that, we would still recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

Closest to main destinations of Madrid. Ideal if you are looking for traveling day trips to another cities Atocha train station is 5-10 minutes walk. And all other main city sightseeings are around.

The price for the breakfast was 25 EUR. I asked for grilled egg I have been asked for extra 6 EUR. It's kind of very usual order for breakfast and to me such an expensive breakfast should already have comprised the fried eggs ). Though they had tortillas (egg scrambled with potatos) but it's a little bit different taste.
