Location, feel and vibe of hotel was great. Buffet breakfast lovely and bed super comfy. Amazed at sound proofing as had construction directly outside our window 😊

The hallways are too dark. Shower controls need to be updated / simplified to a one handle setup and hot water improved . Bartender was not happy when we asked him fill up our ice bucket. The person at check out was disinterested when I showed him by Radisson rewards would not activate on my iphone and suggested I try it somewhere else.

The location is fantastic and close to many attractions and the room is very functional. You can cast netflix on your tv.

Since I stayed here before, some of the lower floor (2nd) might hear some clubbing music all night. Therefore on my second stay, I was on the 5th floor so everything was perfect.

The location is superb. A short walk to the main attractions ie Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Atocha train station and the Metro station. The modern art decor is superb. The room was most comfortable and the hotel is spotless throughout. The breakfast buffet is superb.

I liked everything about this hotel. I have stayed previously which is why I returned and I will return again.

Bathroom in room could be cleaner. Floor was full of hair and floor in room weren’t wiped enough.

Locations, room size and staff were all excellent

Felt like you should be able to control the air con in the room. Room was really warm and having spoke to reception it was set for the whole hotel according to outside temperature with no portable fans available to assist with cooling. Resulted in propping open window to get fresh air/cooling air into the room

We had a great stay at Radisson RED Madrid. The location is excellent—central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and overall, the ambiance was modern and inviting. A special mention goes to Mr. Wojtek at the reception—he was exceptionally kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His helpful attitude really stood out and made a positive impression. The rest of the staff were also courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. However, one area that could be improved was housekeeping—specifically, the shower gel and hand wash were not refilled during our visit, which caused some inconvenience. Despite that, we would still recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another stay.

Reception staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and you even had bottles of water in room. Hotel is very cool and I recommend it for couples.

First night we got room right next to the building were was construcions going on so the next morning we couldnt get some sleep..I dont know why would you put guests in that kind of room it was literally 2 meters next to our window and guys that was working on that building could see you so I couldnt even open a window, but then receptionist change our room on other side and that was perfect for our 7 days stay. We manage to get some sleep amd rest.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from the museums, El Retiro Park, and Atocha train station. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. The only downside was the constant noise from the AC system, which we couldn’t turn off despite our efforts. The fridge was also noisy, but unplugging it solved the issue. Fortunately, staying on the 5th floor minimized any noise from nearby clubs. Also, we booked a superior room but couldn’t quite tell the difference from a standard one. Based on the photos, we expected a larger space, a small sofa, and double sinks, but our room had a standard layout with a single sink and no extra seating. After checking, we were told that our room was indeed a superior category, though it wasn’t clear what made it so. That said, we still had a great stay overall.

Location is perfect. The hotel looks beautifl and well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We couldn't figure out the A/C system, but that was probably our issue. Bathroom toiletries smelled great and of good qulity. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is centrally located, and we're easygoing travelers. However, other guests might have issues with the following things we encountered: Our room was at the back of the property, near a club down an alley. This club stays open until 4-6 AM, making it very noisy at night. I would recommend notifying guests about this in advance. Additionally, the room next to us was having a loud argument, so we called the lobby to address the situation. However, it seems nothing was done, as the argument continued until the man slammed the door and left. This is a security issue...

The location of the hotel was very good for all needs such as metro station, bus stop, taxi stand, cafe market etc. Since we went with our children and they wanted to return to the hotel at a certain time, it was very enjoyable to spend time in the lobby bar after returning. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. Hot water, free Wi-Fi, everything was as it should be. In case of a possible fire, there were alarm buttons, fire extinguishers, warning lights, sprinkler sprinklers and warning sensors in the corridors. The fire escape was available in each corridor with 2 exits. It looked safe in every way. When you wake up in the morning and go down to the lobby, customers who did not choose the breakfast included option were offered free plain or milky coffee, fruit, plain and chocolate croissants. It was a very kind gesture. Our check-in and check-out procedures at the hotel were carried out very quickly. Everything was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here when we come to Madrid again.
