The host was very welcoming and very friendly. We were one of the people stuck at Atocha station with the outage and since we didn't want to sleep in the station, we found this place close to Atocha Station...and it was open for check in before midnight which really helped. We rented a 2 bunk bedroom with a shower which was very clean, smelled nice and even had nice shampoo and body wash in the shower.

This was a million times better than Atocha station floor so we were very happy.

A very simple pensión on the 6th floor (there is a lift). Exactly what I needed for an overnight work trip, right next to Atocha station, comfy bed, desk, sink, mirror and clothes hangers in the room and a shared bathroom. No frills, all clean and decent. The lady on reception was friendly, clear and helpful, she lent me an alarm clock as I was traveling for work and afraid I wouldn't wake in time for the job. Had a key to the street door so can come and go at any time as it seems reception closes at some hour. Simple and friendly, thumbs up. I also saw it was oposite to the Reina Sofia Museum - so that's a plus!

The accommodation is located within a 5min walk from the Atocha Train Station, and it is surrounded by restaurants, and cafes. The single room has the basics you need to sleep. The AC also worked well. The whole place was clean. Would stay again!

Only stayed one night, young lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful and located close to the train station which was perfect. Air conditioned room was great.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but overall a solid 8 out of ten stay.

Value for money and the staff went above and beyond for our needs, even with a slight language barrier. Lovely people Location was outstanding with close access to train station and wonderful Madrid tourist attractions. Very enjoyable stay for myself and my five travel companions

The sink basin was out of order, which wasn't a big problem as the amenities were close by. I would suggest an Elevator sign so you don't miss the elevator and walk up 6 flights of stairs with your luggage haha

Yes there’s an elevator but they didn’t said you need to go some stairs to get to it, important if you have big suitcases

The location is perfect and close to go to other interested places. The room is also comfortable although I have to struggle taking stairs to the highest floor since no lift available. The room and facilities are clean, anyway.

Literally around the corner from the train station with access to cafes, restaurants etc. Very safe, lovely staff and very good value for money. Thank you!

The furniture is old, but the bad is comfortable and the room and the shower and WC are very clean. For the price you pay this is a very good accommodation. It very close to Atocha as well

Located within walking distance of Atocha Rail Station, with direct liks from there to the Airport. Reception very pleasand and welcoming.

Lifts were not very convenient the lifts were located between floors. So from the entrance there was a half flighyt of stairs to reach the lift, then for 6th. floor ( hotel reception ) the is either a half flight if stairs up from landing 5 or down from landing 6. So if one is a disabled traveler maybe worth noting. No cafe or other food oiutlet in Hotel, but very good, pbreakfast coffee shop next door.
