Location was great, the decoration style was modern, and very nice unit layout. Comfortable. The kitchen was clean.

The security box was not working and was not fixed during our stay. The only mirror was in the bathroom, it would be convenient to have another mirror in the unit. There were no hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. The unit was clean but dusty. We were in the first floor and it was a little noisy.

Superb! I would HIGHLY recommend this property and will stay here every time I visit Madrid. Spacious, clean, comfortable, the place could possibly host 3-4 people although I was alone on this trip! The kitchen was well equipped and although I did not cook, I could have easily done so. Very caring hosts. Central location. Easy access to the train, within a few meters. Many many restaurants and coffee shops right under the apartment. Great restaurants within a 100 meters. It does not get better than this!

Good location right near a subway station, close to a train station, within walking distance to Prado museum, the Botaniq garden, the Retiro Park, lots of restaurants and caffee shops in the area; the large apartment, the easy automatic process to late check-in, the cleanliness, the large bed, all neccesary ammenities (e g. dishwasher, washing machine, iron), efficient air conditioning system,

We stayed in an apt located on the 1st floor with view at a busy street, hence it was a little bit noisy. The bathroom is rather small.

Great location, specially if you want to visit the museums. A lot of restaurants and bars around, so no problems getting something to eat. Good, comfortable apartment, with equipped kitchen ready to cook and serve full meals. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good ammenities.

The bedrooms have no real blackouts on the windows, just some transparent curtains that let the light in since dawn, so from 5am or so, you're sleeping in a lighty bedroom, which is not spectacular. The apartment, though centrally located, is not amazingly sound proof and, specially on busy nights (such as fridays and saturdays) it can get a little noisy in the bedrooms. Nothing too incapacitating, but worth noting. The check-in is made in the reception (which is fine and people are really nice and helpful) or, when reception is closed, using a check-in machine that didn't work out for us because it couldn't scan my ID.

I absolutely loved everything. The Appartment was really spacious with all the furnitures needed. They were also some lockers to use for the last day, which was really convenient because we had our flight late in the evening. The appartment was really cleaned. The housekeeper was coming everyday to change the towels and clean the floor. The personnel were charming and available. The Appartments was really well located in Atocha station (with a direct line to airport). We did almost everything by feet which was really nice to explore Madrid ( e.g : 25min from Puerta de sol)

Very clean and well equipped with lots of light from the large windows. It’s on a busy street, but the double/triple paned windows were very effective in keeping the noise out. We had easy access to the metro right outside the front door; also many sites, restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. We had a very comfortable 4 day stay at 60 Balcony Art.

It’s a very busy location - some street vendors and a huge intersection right outside the front door. But again, noise level inside the apartment was not an issue.

We were given a keycode to get into the property. At the ground floor, there is a self-check in kiosk for which you will need the booking reference and your passport. The machine produces the key. We had a one bedroom flat and it was very spacious for the two of us. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you may need for your stay. There is a washing machine with a spinner and a laundry rack to hang your clothes on. You have the option to have cleaners come at midday. The best part was the air conditioning, which we really needed as it was about 40C in Madrid at the time we visited! Location is great - close to some neighborhood bars, right across the Atocha train station, very close to the Reina Sofia. Wonderful stay!

Internet connection would drop once in a while but it was okay most of the time.

Absolutely great! We loved everything about it! Location is very central, close to busses and metro, the apartment was clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. There was a baby bed for our son available, and enough places to have breakfast nearby.

The only thing I can think of was the check-in machine. It took a while to get checked in.. the program was not very convenient, but it worked eventually!

We arrived in the evening after Reception had closed. Communication prior to check-in was faultless and instructions for our late check-in were clear and comprehensive, proceeding without a hitch. The location of 60 Balconies Art was ideal for our short stay in Madrid, arriving via train (short walk from Estacion de Puerta de Atocha) and focused on visiting the Prado and Reine Sofia Museums. The apartment was spotlessly clean, tidy, well-appointed and comfortable, The Reception staff organised a taxi pick-up for our early morning departure to the airport which was much appreciated.

The apartment lighting was a little dim. The location is quite busy and for a longer stay in Madrid we would recommend a quieter more residential neighbourhood.

Excellent location. Easy walk to the Art Galleries and the train station. Right next to a Metro stop. Spacious studio which gave us lots of room to spread out. We didn't use the dishwasher or washing machine, or do any cooking, but these amenities could be handy for other travelers. Very easy self check in, and clear instructions given. Luggage storage lockers available after we checked out. Very comfortable bed. In room safe. Very clean bed linen and towels.

The studio was a little "tired". Fine for us, but be aware it's not immaculate as it's had a lot of use, eg marks on the sofa and blinds, tired cabinetry. The shower leaked and the bathroom was not particularly big. Having said this, we would definitely stay here again.
