One of the best locations., close to Atocha train station, in the heart of the city, easy to get to and from the airport by bus/taxi . Plenty of restaurants around., metro station almost at the hotel entrance. 2 minutes walk to Reina Sofia, max 15 minute to Prado and Thyssen . Walking distance Cimbele plazza. Close the Botaniq garden, the Retiro Park. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Apartment is Modern and clean. Very well equipped. Cleaning everyday. Easy check in, very kind lady on reception, comfortable bed. I will recommend for all my friends.

One problem to consider, the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Please maintain lock pads on room doors on a regular basis. We were unable to check out as expected because the batteries on the lock pad ran down and we had to wait for maintenance to come. Imagine if this had happened in the evening or early morning when there is no receptionist on site to call the maintenance man! also the light in the bathroom goes off at very short intervals, even when I was in the shower. i appreciate your trying to conserve electricity but the setting needs to be longer and pick up the whole room, not just the sink.

Super central location, 10m from the metro & within walking distance of most of the key attractions. Busy area, but I was not disturbed by noise. Strong WiFi, clothes washer & dish washer, toaster, kettle, etc. Very clean, bright & comfortable apartment. The bathroom & bedroom are up a flight of stairs, so not suitable for people with mobility problems.

From time to time, there was a smell from the drains in the bathroom. Instructions for the electric oven would have been helpful. However, these are minor points & I would stay there again.

Location was great, the decoration style was modern, and very nice unit layout. Comfortable. The kitchen was clean.

The security box was not working and was not fixed during our stay. The only mirror was in the bathroom, it would be convenient to have another mirror in the unit. There were no hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. The unit was clean but dusty. We were in the first floor and it was a little noisy.

Superb! I would HIGHLY recommend this property and will stay here every time I visit Madrid. Spacious, clean, comfortable, the place could possibly host 3-4 people although I was alone on this trip! The kitchen was well equipped and although I did not cook, I could have easily done so. Very caring hosts. Central location. Easy access to the train, within a few meters. Many many restaurants and coffee shops right under the apartment. Great restaurants within a 100 meters. It does not get better than this!

Location was so central as it was just by the train station, It was near everything. There were so many restaurants nearby. It was operated as serviced apartments so our place was always cleaned by someone. We could eat indoors if we were too tired, we could also walk everywhere. We were given late check out accommodation also.

The elevators did not work the first day so we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs until they fixed it the next day.

Good location right near a subway station, close to a train station, within walking distance to Prado museum, the Botaniq garden, the Retiro Park, lots of restaurants and caffee shops in the area; the large apartment, the easy automatic process to late check-in, the cleanliness, the large bed, all neccesary ammenities (e g. dishwasher, washing machine, iron), efficient air conditioning system,

We stayed in an apt located on the 1st floor with view at a busy street, hence it was a little bit noisy. The bathroom is rather small.

Great location, specially if you want to visit the museums. A lot of restaurants and bars around, so no problems getting something to eat. Good, comfortable apartment, with equipped kitchen ready to cook and serve full meals. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good ammenities.

The bedrooms have no real blackouts on the windows, just some transparent curtains that let the light in since dawn, so from 5am or so, you're sleeping in a lighty bedroom, which is not spectacular. The apartment, though centrally located, is not amazingly sound proof and, specially on busy nights (such as fridays and saturdays) it can get a little noisy in the bedrooms. Nothing too incapacitating, but worth noting. The check-in is made in the reception (which is fine and people are really nice and helpful) or, when reception is closed, using a check-in machine that didn't work out for us because it couldn't scan my ID.

Brilliant location . Cleanliness and design of appartment. Staff were very sweet. Really just a 15 min walk to centre but just 1 minute from Atocha! The view from my 4th floor appartment was lovely green trees hence full privacy without knowing youre in the heart of a very busy city.

Although there is double glazing the non stop rumble of traffic might disturb light sleepers. But hey this is busy Madrid where people sleep at 7am in the weekends!

I absolutely loved everything. The Appartment was really spacious with all the furnitures needed. They were also some lockers to use for the last day, which was really convenient because we had our flight late in the evening. The appartment was really cleaned. The housekeeper was coming everyday to change the towels and clean the floor. The personnel were charming and available. The Appartments was really well located in Atocha station (with a direct line to airport). We did almost everything by feet which was really nice to explore Madrid ( e.g : 25min from Puerta de sol)
