Fresh modern comfortable furnishings. Love the colours. Funky feel.Restaurant had good food, friendly staff, very accessible. I liked 20% off too. We could borrow a kettle for hot water and a hair dryer.

My friend’s suitcase was stolen behind her back when a man came in the door with a group of people who were checking in. This included us.

The room was so clean and smelled nice! The bed was comfortable and the shower in the room very nice. The reception staff very kind and helpful. They provided me a lower bed as requested and i appreciate that a lot! Usually other hostels do not even care to pay attention to the request. Overall very clean and comfortable hostel. Location was great too, so close to Atocha station.

The breakfast sucks! Small place, very crowded and narrow. Things were constantly missing from the buffet. There was only one guy there who was clearly done with his job and didn't do much to take care of the buffet. Need more people for such a busy breakfast! And a bugger place! I would have put 10 to this hostel but the breakfast experience was bad.

I had an amazing stay at this newly renovated hotel. The floor planning was soo inspirational. Excellent location if you will be traveling out of Madrid from the train station. Great for tourists who want to make friends and through tours, game nights, and parties in a vibrant common area. The staff was both pleasant and professional, making it seamless in both late check-in and early check-out. Best hostel experience; would love to meet the owner for this design.

Nothing I did not like about the hostel...but something peculiar. Because it is a hostel rooming with diverse people, you have to expect different people's check-in/out time and thus the noise that may come with it. But this applies to every hostel stay. Because my flight got delayed, I landed to Madrid later than expected and I checked in around midnight. I went outside the room to wash my face and get ready because I felt terrible making noises. For me, it was not a problem because the common area was so pleasant and had a bathroom for me to change, repack, and get ready.

Fantastic location! This hostel is perfect for budget travelers. The main advantages: it's very close to the Atocha train station – a convenient transport hub for getting to and from Madrid airport without needing a taxi. On my check-out day, I took a bus for only €5. Moreover, the hostel is within easy reach of the main museums: Museo del Prado and Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. After visiting the museums, I recommend walking to the area around Serrano Street and the Castellana shopping district. Even regular stores like Zara and Massimo Dutti will amaze you with their stunning design! The interiors are no worse than a museum. The rooms inside the hostel itself are cozy and modern. There is no noise from the street. I stayed in a 4-bed female dormitorium. Keep in mind that towels are available for an extra charge. You can pay for the breakfast , but I preferred having breakfast in the city.

All was good

Superb location a few minutes walk Atocha station, free 001 bus route and the art museums. Hostel is in a beautiful old building and has lifts. Separate shower, toilet and washbasin is handy for big groups. Shower pressure is excellent. Beds are comfortable. They cleaned room midway through our 6 night stay.

The 4 person room is quite small, if you leave your bags on the floor there’s no room to walk. Street is noisy and makes sleeping difficult if you leave windows open at night. No facilities in room to make a drink but you can use the kettle in the dining area. No kitchen facilities except the kettle, microwave, a few plates and cutlery but there are many places to eat in the near vicinity.

The welcoming. All the staff I talked to was amazing. Trying to acommodate your needs as good as possible. They even give a discount boucher for future stays. I booked a 4 bed female room. The room was clean and the space well arranged so you can easily cohabitate with the other guests. It also was very luminous. The beds were very comfy. I did have a great rest after a long day of city walk. I apreciate the bed curtains for privacy and for light. Big storage under the beds good enough to keep you well organized. Shower and toilet are separated and spotless. They offer champoo and shower gel if you need. And a full body mirror as well as some wall hooks. You also have a nice lounge for your waiting reception 24 hours and a WhatsApp chat number.

Prices for extras are not so affordable as well as the café bar. Anyways this are choices so fair enough.

Well-located, upscale boutique accommodation for a hostel! I stayed in a 4-bedroom, female room with a friend for almost a week. There was daily housekeeping, towels were offered (€2 price), and felt comfortable with the room set-up for the price you pay in the city center. It’s also well-located with the main train station (Atocha) less than 10 mins away walking, which connects directly to the airport, and there’s a restaurant inside with coffee, breakfast, etc., if you’re rushing. The only negative are the uncomfortable pillows and the fact that you have to keep your voice low for the other guests (price you pay for a hostel).

- the room and the bathroom are clean and hygienic. The shampoo and the body wash are provided. The curtain is provided with privacy. - the staff member are available and friendly and they can speak English well. - the laundry is available though not as much as you expected. - though the bed I stayed is upper floor, they have handle for you to climb comfortably. You also don’t have to be worried about your stuff because the bottom of the bed is covered with wooden block.

- no kitchen is given for you to cook. - locker is pricey and you have to put your large luggage outside. The drawer is rather small and I had to put the luggage outside. You need to purchase €4 for the lock so I recommend bringing two big locks in case.

Great location, nice staff, clean and modern. The hostel is nice, ideally located close to Attocha station which means you can easily reach it if you are travelling by train or bus. There is a direct bus from the Airport to Attocha and from there is only a 10 minute walk to the hostel. Main Madrid Art Musems are also close and the connections to other neighbourhoods are easy (bus, metro, walking). The hostel restaurant-cafe is also nice, there is a good breakfast and coffee, alternatively you may find many cafes and restaurants close by. Even though it is a hostel it is a calm accommodation, no issues with noise or too many people around. The staff was very attentive and available to provide information and assistance and give good advise on activities or restaurants. Also, the hostel has different common areas, in which you can either work, hang out or just relax.

Everyone was super kind and polite. One thing those, they made me wait cause apparently the room was being cleaned when I did check into the room the room was a mess and has a lot of dirt in it. When I was about to go down and ask what was it. The maid came and told me although they made the beds they didn’t clean it and they cleaned them. Why have customers to wait when a dirty room is welcoming . Special thanks to the Venezuelan gentleman in the restaurant he was super friendly, super polite and helpful.
