I really liked the size of the room, very spacios and clean, also the sitting area was very nice. I liked that we had water on the house each day, the breakfast was also very good, and you can get to the hotel easily from Atocha train station. Also, we had a broken TV remote and they replaced it just by leaving a note in the room.

The room was cleaned daily, but on the second day of our stay it wasn't completly cleaned, the trash in the bathroom wasn't changed. We had only one robe and one pair of slippers, probably we could have asked for another pair, but I think if two persons use the room, there should be for both guests. The windows don't isolate completely the noise and at night it was a bit noisy.

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Madrid and was very satisfied. The room was modern, with an elegant and contemporary design. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bed was large and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for enjoying everything Madrid has to offer. It's close to major tourist attractions like Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum, but it's also an excellent base for day trips to nearby towns like Segovia or Alcala de Henaresde , which are just a short train. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists looking for a comfortable and convenient experience in Madrid.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. A special mention goes to the breakfast service: the food was fresh, varied, and delicious. The staff in charge of breakfast were exceptionally kind and attentive, making the mornings a real pleasure. I’d definitely stay here again.

Location relatively convenient to Atocha within walking distance, with a lift for hauling luggage up. Clean room, as described and requested, with extra pillows, a safe, a minibar, and electric plug points near the bed. The room was very quiet even though it was in a busy area. Complimentary small bottles of drinking water were provided. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, lotion, dental kit, shower cap, shoe-shine, etc.).

Only instant coffee was provided in the room. At this price point we would have preferred a proper coffeemaker, french press, Nespresso, or other real coffee. The east-facing window blind did not work properly so we woke up earlier than we would have liked.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us - close to all the main attractions, near the train station, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean, with very comfortable beds, and the spacious bathroom was a plus. Breakfast was very good, offering a nice variety. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I it love for the kindness and professionalism of all the staff members I came in touch with, breakfast was perfect and beutifly presented I really appreciated the close proximity to the heart of the city. The place was well organized, clean and easy on the eye. My only concern was that the fitness area was a bit small. All and all. 10 points for value, efficiency, comfort and aesthetics.

The reception staff were lovely & welcoming & made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I had a newly renovated room which was good, bathroom very spacious & tea/coffee facilities supplied. Bed was very comfortable & room was very dark as only one window which faced a brick wall. Good for sleeping as you couldn’t tell if it was morning or not but I would have preferred a better view from the window.

You could also hear a fair bit of noise from other rooms, especially water etc going through pipes/drains.

The room has lots of space. Breakfast is good.

There is construction around the hotel by the time I was there. Ramp way should be more clearly indicated from outside as there are steps at the main entrance. This makes travellers with luggages hard to access the hotel.

My check in was great! They also allowed us to store our bags at the end of our stay for a few hours before we departed for train station. Room was clean, big, comfortable and nice. The breakfast was outstanding! The location of this hotel is ideal. It's right near the Atocha train station and all the museums and the beautiful Retiro park.

Location was convenient to Atocha train station, and transport was easy at Atocha (metro, train, airport bus). The breakfast buffet was great and served until 11 - great selection and variety. Everything was very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable if a bit modest for a 4-star Marriott - certainly no flash. Comfortable and quiet for a good sleep. Overall a good choice, with a few caveats.

Few casual eating places nearby. The area seemed safe, but a couple of the nearby streets were a bit seedy. Not a lot of things of interest in immediate area (Retiro Park is easy to walk to). The area seemed to be mainly office buildings with some small-scale retail. The room was kind of dark (no task light at the desk). The shower was nice, but only partly enclosed and you have to stand in the slippery tub. I could not get the thermostat to adjust, and the room was a bit warm for my liking (bit noisy with the window open)
