The location is great! You can reach the most interesting places within 20-25 minutes by foot. There's also two metro stations not far from the hotel (Estación del Arte and Antón Martín). Good breakfast café next door (not part of the hotel), and what I especially liked was that you could always get decent coffee, tea and cookies next to the reception. Oh, and the staff was also very nice and helpful! There's always someone there, even at night (which I, a nightshift worker myself, appreciate very much).

The room was very small, it was weird to always look at the door that was maybe a meter from the bed. But all in all, not a bad choice. Madrid is expensive and it's very difficult to find something that's good value for your money. I think this hotel is definitely one of the better choices.

Great location, nice staff, loved the free coffee in the lobby. Room was spacious & had a great little view of the street with balcony!

The air freshener/perfume they spray in the rooms & hallways is HORRIBLE & they over-spray a ton. It made me so nauseous, I didn’t ever get my room cleaned because it took so long to get the smell out of my room. Additionally, while there were no sounds from the street, there was no sound proofing from the door to the hallway, it was super loud when neighbors are leaving early in the morning. Lastly, no other small amenities (no tissues, lotion, conditioner etc, only soap).

Adrien from reception was amazing and provided an excellent service at our check in! We arrived at the hotel at 7am to drop off our luggages and Adrien promptly upgraded our room free of charge to allow us to check in at 7am. That is was really nice so we could have a shower and nap before going around Madrid. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very well located within a walking distance to the most of tourists attractions and 10min walking from Attocha train station. There is a very charming terrace and the hotel also offer water, coffee and ice maker machine at lobby 24/7. Highly recommended!

There is no door at toilet which is a bit weird but as we stayed only one night it was not a big issue.

I had an excellent stay! The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and cozy, which was perfect for a chilly January night. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the complimentary coffee and biscuits were a thoughtful touch. The bath towels were soft and luxurious, adding a nice bit of indulgence to the experience. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast, which made staying connected effortless. On top of all this, the location was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great location in Madrid as it was very close to Atocha Station. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Room I had has a balcony facing the main street - but not noisy at all! Helpful front desk staff when I had questions. They have free water, coffee, tea, and cookies at the lobby 24/7!

Shower room had some grout staining. No door to bathroom.

Hotel is very well located, nearby Atocha Trains station. We arrived by train and walkes to the hotel, and left by plane, walking again to the station to get the bus to the airport without any issue. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was quite small and air conditioning was not working (we were told they already switched to heat at this time of the year). Room is not big, but fits well a couple with luggage. Shower is good and bed too. The room had no view.

Price was a bit high and the room had no view (window facing inwards).

Great location close to metro and train station and walking distance to attractions. Some reviews said there was only a curtain separating the bathroom. That is not true, there was a sliding door. Staff was very helpful letting us know what was available and giving advice on the metro system. Coffee in lobby was very good. Great value!

I would have liked to see the upper terrace open earlier in the morning so I could have watched the sunrise. Sunset was great though

What was not to like? The location is great, just a few minute walk from the botanical gardens.. and more!! But most of all, really one of the best staffing experiences I’ve ever had. Not just nice and helpful, but so friendly and ALWAYS smiling… I took an extra minute to shake their hands and thank them multiple times for making our stay that much better

The only thing I could not figure out was the air conditioner (it was a bit warm when we got there). It I opened the door to the tiny balcony and it cooled down perfectly

The receptionist was exceptional. I arrived earlier just to leave my suitcase, but he said that one of the rooms is already ready, so I can take it. Thank you! The location is perfect, very close to all the tourist attractions. I could never imagine that in such a big city as Madrid I would simply walk and never have a need to use metro. The bus to the airport stops nearby, it is very easy and convenient to travel by bus or by train to and from the hotel.

It was a but strange not to have a bathroom door in the room. Though the bathroom itself was clean and convenient.
