The location was perfect for us - an easy walk to train station, parks and art gallery. We discovered great shops and restaurants nearby. Check in was easy using lock box codes. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy with comfy beds. We only stayed 1 night but would have been more than happy to stay longer here if we had realised earlier how much Madrid had to offer.

That we had only decided to stay one night in Madrid - we should have stayed here longer! We really enjoyed the short time we spent here but spent very little time in the apartment as we were out exploring most of the time!

Very good communication with the staff. They get me into the accommodation unit even before the agreed check-in because I came to Madrid earlier and asked them if it was possible. Very spacious apartment.A digital code to enter the building and a key safe as the perfect way to speed up the entry process.

A little work should be done on the soundproofing of the space. Personally, it didn't bother me, but sounds from other parts of the building and neighboring apartments and the lobby are clearly audible.

The check in process was a hassle: we got instructions to make the process easier a couple of days earlier, which we followed, and were told everything was ready to go and on the day of the arrival we would be getting an access code and some instructions; however, by the day and time of arrival, we had no code and no instructions, we had to wait outside for a bit while we tried to contact the front desk, which was hard since they were neither replying to messages nor picking the phone; once we contacted them, the information was unclear and took some time to figure out what to do. Besides, we were not the only group waiting outside so I don’t believe this is an isolated event.

Good system to send message with key code for main door & code to collect keys from locked box outside apartment door. Beds were so very comfortable & bedding very clean & crisp. Kitchen would benefit from a toaster & grill pan to use the grill/oven. Wooden floors make neighbours very noisy but no noise after 11pm. Easy to walk to hop on hop off bus, Prado museum. lots of cafes & bars on the doorstop, also 1911 Flamenco show which was excellent.

Very easy to access; spacious and comfortable; great location; friendly staff

The flat’s staircase is tricky to climb and it might not be suitable for families with small children or the elderly/ people with limited mobility. Lift is practical but small.

The apartment is in a great location walking distance to many places. It was great to go some washing but would be nice if some powder was left to use

noisy neighbours no dishwashing liquid, wash cloth or drying towel so bit difficult to clean up properly Also, the washing machine was great but a pain to have to buy a whole box of powder for one wash. I left the rest hoping to pay it forward to the next guest also the shower drain needs clearing as it backed up and gunk floated out yuk!

The location is absolute top. The city center is very near. Metro train, nice markets, bars and restaurants around. The kitchen was perfect, only the washing machine was broken. Big apartment It was clean! For this price, its nice choice, in my opinion. Dont worry about the deposit, they will return it, if you dont smoke :)

The washing machine didnt work,it was a big problem for us, because we had a clothes for 3 days and we stay. One of the reception guys tried to blame us for the washing machine not working, this got me very angry. But at all, im happy that they rerurned the deposit.

Great location, just in a centre of Madrid, approx 10 min walking distance from main attractions and restaurants. Good communication with the host - they responded promptly to our messages. There were provided plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay.

The AC in one of the bedroom wasn't cold enough but fortunately the weather wasn't too hot outside. Last night the neighbours came back from the party in the middle of the night and they were loudly noticeable.
