My recent stay at Hotel Freedom was quite enjoyable. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We had a large bed and even a sofa, which was a nice bonus. The bed was comfy, and the extra seating came in handy. Cleanliness was on point throughout the room. Everything felt fresh and tidy, which made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location was decent. It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station. The staff was lovely. They were friendly and always ready to help. Their assistance and recommendations made our stay more pleasant. In summary, Hotel Freedom offered a comfortable room, great cleanliness, a reasonable location, and friendly staff.

Comfy beds, and a great location. Having a terrace meant we could have the doors open.

It might just have been our fellow guests, but it was quite noisy when people came back to their rooms at night. I didn't like not having a sink to wash hands in the bathroom. The only sink is in the bedroom. I wasn't a fan of having a sliding door on the bathroom either. There wasn't a view from the terrace, so it seems to have only been used as a smoking area by previous guests.

This was our second visit to Hotel freedom, we returned again as it is a lovely hotel, with fantastic warm, welcoming staff. It’s in a wonderful location and a short distance from the metro, buses, restaurants, shops and attractions. Madrid has some incredible buildings to see and this hotel is perfect for visiting them. Be it on foot or transport. The cathedral and palace are a fifteen minute walk away, plaza major, under ten minutes. Some beautiful parks very close by too. The rooms are bright, clean, modern. We choose a room with a terrace which was lovely to sit outside in the evening with a drink. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a lift within the hotel. The perfect base to explore this gorgeous city!

Great location, super comfortable bed and pillows. Super friendly staff. The owner is a lovely lady that gave me lots of recommendations for restaurants and they were great!

There was nothing I disliked, but if you're very sensitive to noise and get the room next to the reception, you really need good earplugs. The reception is open all night and it's easy to listen to the conversations. I had mine with me ,so I managed to sleep well in that wonderful bed!

Lovely hotel in a great location close to Anton market. We were only there for one night for a train connection but it suited us perfectly. No frills but very comfortable and very friendly staff at the reception which is staffed 24 hours. Great tapas bars nearby and it’s in a perfect location for all Madrid has to offer. We have stayed in Madrid a number of times and would happily stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportation, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is also very secure and there is some in staff the whole night.

The room was very stylish, but I wish it had more shelving and storage.

Very bright, modern, well-appointed room in a bustling area of Madrid. Comfortable, spotlessly clean. First-rate housekeeping service.

My only slightly negative comment would be that the shower room was small. The shower itself was very good but the room containing the shower cubicle and toilet was not spacious.

Loved the location, very central, within walking distance to museums, great Plazas and close to the old town. Very modern hotel, loved the colour schemes. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. The only disappointment was that my room didn't look out on the street. I hadn't realised this when booking.

The room didn't have a mini bar or coffee/ tea making facilities facilities would have been great.

Great location in Madrid and great accomodation, we loved staying there !

WiFi connection was not easy to access and I gave up - my fault that I did not ask the reception to help as we were underway and I forgot so can't blame them hence it's not an easy access method.

The hotel was recently innovated and all the facilities were almost new. The room was adequately sized and the location was very central. The staff tried their best to help in any situation.

The bathroom was not too large and it could have been larger. Otherwise, everything was as expected.
