Thanks for a perfect stay. This hotel offers a good central location, very serviceminded and professional staff that noticed and treated me well on my birthday with choclate and wine. Breakfast was super with a wide variety of choices Clean and well equipped rooms that was kept tidy throughout the stay

Overall, everything was good, nothing was amazing. The location is the hotel's best feature. Both a short walk to the royal palace and plaza Mayor (west) and the golden triangle of museums (east). The room was nice and quiet with great interior design, the bed was comfortable and shower worked very well.

The hotel feels dated. Breakfast quality (bread, coffee, fruit, smoothie) and options were dissapointing particularly regarding savoury options but sweet options were good. Staff were professional but not overly attentive. The hotel lacked basic amenities (cotton buds).

The staff were especially helpful and friendly. As a woman staying on my own this particularly important and I felt very comfortable. I have stayed in four different hotels in Madrid and this was by far my favourite. I would certainly come back.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff were very friendly, I even reached the hotel late around 6:00AM.. and had no cash.. the staff Jonathan was very kind to walk with me to the ATM because it was still dark… and thank God he did.. room & restroom were so clean.. the bed sheets were very clean 👌 variety of options served on breakfast.. Roberto, Jose and the ladies were very kind too 🙏🏼 Came to Madrid after a long trip with 9 different hotel stays, grateful that I ended up my vacation with this lovely hotel.. I would always recommend it 🙏🏼

Only little noise from the street can still be heard

Firstly we arrived there at 7 am and our check-in time was 3, the receptionist lady did everything for us and we checked in at 7 am can you imagine? This was incredible ❤️. In the hall there are cold water options and it's super good. The room design was incredible and was similar in photos. In my room there were 2 beds together but they were very huuuge it was like 2 king beds together. And the mattress was like clouds, sooo comfortable and i slept like never before. Breakfast variations were soo many and different every day ❤️. On the last day we had baggage and the hotel kept the baggage as much time as we wanted. I read some bad reviews before i booked this hotel and i was scared but EVERYTHING WAS STUNNING!!! I don't know how people can lie in such an evil way!

The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were very nice, beautiful decoration, and the location was perfect! we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Also, despite the fact that it is centrally located, the room as quiet.

The breakfast buffet was not good, I guess the quality of food was not top notch. The fruit, cheese, breads, etc were not tasty at all. I would recommend evaluating the suppliers and perhaps look for some that offer better quality.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs. Even though the location was central and we were surrounded by bars and restaurants, we couldn't hear the hustle and bustle from the hotel room. We also found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were effective and always found a moment to say hello.

As a brand, you may want to consider adding small portions of UHT milk to accompany the complementary infusions and coffee offered. The hotel GM may also want to consider complimenting the excellent quality beds with excellent quality pillows. The current fibre filled pillows are more aligned to a lower rated establishment.

Perfect location, great staff and breakfast.

I think I was unlucky because my colleague didn’t have the same problems, but my mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the room was incredibly dark. The main room lighting was under the cornice, which barely penetrated the gloom and wasn't helped by very dark walls. The table and bedside lamps were also dark with dim bulbs that barely gave out any light and couldn’t be extended further over the bed. I was getting eye strain from trying to read and work but managed to get an LED light from reception. I would only stay here again in a room that was better lit. The only other downside was the lack of anywhere to sit for work or get a drink during the hours of 12-5pm.

This hotel is fantastic and perfectly located in the heart of Madrid's historical center. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is impressively large and well-equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid!

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience. The restaurant area felt dark and uninviting, the food was underwhelming, and the space often appeared messy and not well-maintained. I expected much more attention to detail, especially given the hotel's standard.

Good variety to suit a range of European tastes. Nice coffee from a machine. A few home made cakes over the 2 x days I was there.

Couldn't find the corkscrew to open water bottle in middle of the night. Why not have screw top bottles. There was no fact sheet in the room to advise about using the safe, breakfast times, the bar or the nearest metro etc. The safe is in a ridiculous place that us v diff to reach unless you are young and lithe. However, reception staff were very helpful and came to my room to assist.
