The location was perfect!!! Super centrally located to restaurants, sights, parks, and bars. We mostly walked to all our destinations given how close we were to everything. The apartment was super clean and communication was beyond clear and quick the entire time. Having access to the washer right in the apartment was so convenient and we were given fresh towels on a day we chose because we were staying over 7 days. The elevator was great to be able to move our luggage. Having two full bathrooms made it very easy for my family to get ready for the day. The kitchen was full of anything you might need if you want to cook.

Honestly I can't think of anything I didn't like. My family and I left wanting to come back! They were still working on the plaza while we were there but it wasn't too loud and you can tell it's going to be beautiful once completed.

Good location, each room had its own ensuite, comfortable beds.

Unfortunately with the cleaning the room smelt heavily of bleach

Location, Location, Location!! Perfect area for first time visit to Madrid. Extremely close to various sites such as Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, the Palace etc. The variety of shops, bars and restaurants all around were exactly what we were looking for. Apartment accommodated our family of four perfectly. 2nd bedroom was just what our two teens needed, plenty of space and privacy between rooms. Ample space in living room overlooking Plaza Santa Ana. Would strongly recommend and definitely look forward to staying again.

Only thing I personally didn't like was the firmness of the beds. I adjusted, but it's just a personal preference thing

Spectacular 2 bedroom in an amazing location. We booked this place for one night because we needed to fly out of Madrid - we wished we'd had more time in the city just to spend more time at this apartment/hotel. Great and well equipped kitchen (Nespresso, toaster, microwave, all the thing) plus a washer/dryer in the unit. Large bathrooms, great living space, AC kept us cold even in August. Quiet and spacious, nothing but good things to say.

The key situation is a tiny bit annoying (this is a really small complaint so don't let it waive you off of staying here). There's a proprietary app you have to download and then the property managers send a 'key' to that app that uses bluetooth (or nfc?) to unlock the front door and the apartment door. The app can be hinky - not like we were stuck outside for 30 mins - but it can take a few tries which, after coming and going a lot, is a little bit annoying. But honestly this is the ONLY negative thing I can say about our stay. We loved the place, strongly recommend and would 100% stay there again.

The apartment was clean, super excellent location less than 10 minutes for most of the attractions. Easy to acess to public or private transport. The acess to the building was very easy. To the apartment acess we had a virtual key ( we didnt used it) because we had also an card to acess. The lift was a great add to us because we had large bags. The apartment is well equipped. The building is in front of Plaza Santa Ana that has restaurants. The staff, which whom we just interacted via email and WhatsApp, were very helpful. Always available and promptly solving our problems.

The location is A M A Z I N G. the apartment looked exactly like the photos, beautiful!!!! very clean, every room has its own shower an toilet, big living room, great kitchen comfortable beds, the hosts were super communicative and nice answered to any question and request really fast and gave a solution to any problem we had.

the only bad thing I can say and the only reason I didn't give this stay a 10/10 is the noise. we stayed for 6 nights and on some of them the noise was unbearable sometimes till 8 AM! so you have to take this under consideration

The apartment was PERFECTLY located in Madrid city center- we could get easily over towards the Prado and also to Plaza Mayor. Great fun to be on the Plaza San Ana (although a bit loud into the wee hours of the night one evening) and there are a ton of restaurant and shopping options. Well-equipped bedrooms, kitchen, bath and a comfortable living room and dining area. Easy to access once we had the JustIN mobile app downloaded and very clean and comfortable!

Almost nothing! It’s a great apartment. Lobby door is heavy, but no big deal. Too bad the Plaza is under renovation (machines get loud during the weekdays) but that will end at some point. Do wish there were extra pillows for beds.

The communication was really bad. First, I was contacted directly thru WhatsApp requesting personal info. Why would I give give sensitive information to someone contacting me out of the blue? So I ignored it. Finally request was repeated the request using Booking. I completed the forms then. Secondly, the information about entry to the building and apartment is very convoluted. Message directs you to download an app (electronic key) but forgets to mention that you cannot do anything with it until the checking time. I called for help setting it up and they were clueless too. I had to text them several times before someone told me to wait until checking time (16:00). It created unnecessary worries that we may not be able to get in when we arrive.

Loved the location, being just 15 minutes from a number of tourist attractions within easy walking distance and so much choice of cafe's and restaurants. Whilst being in the middle of the busy Santa Ana plaza, when you entered the apartment it was quiet, no street noise at all. The furnishing looked new and the bathrooms fabulous.

The only thing I wasn't keen on was the armchair in the attic apartment but that's just my personal preference, I didn't find it comfortable at all. But other than that I couldn't fault anything.

Apartment itself was good. Location good. Kitchen great. Living and bedrooms comfortable. Bathroom sliding door difficult to close/ stuck. Bedroom 3 way light switch incorrectly installed. Main problem was so much hacked/spam email from this rental on Booking which was not fixed quickly. This made us wary when they later contacted us via Whatsapp (without warning us on Booking) asking us to send our passports and personal info for check in. They said they had a link to upload data and an app to open doors but in the end neither worked.
