Location, Location, Location!! Perfect area for first time visit to Madrid. Extremely close to various sites such as Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, the Palace etc. The variety of shops, bars and restaurants all around were exactly what we were looking for. Apartment accommodated our family of four perfectly. 2nd bedroom was just what our two teens needed, plenty of space and privacy between rooms. Ample space in living room overlooking Plaza Santa Ana. Would strongly recommend and definitely look forward to staying again.

Only thing I personally didn't like was the firmness of the beds. I adjusted, but it's just a personal preference thing

Unfortunately with the cleaning the room smelt heavily of bleach

The location is A M A Z I N G. the apartment looked exactly like the photos, beautiful!!!! very clean, every room has its own shower an toilet, big living room, great kitchen comfortable beds, the hosts were super communicative and nice answered to any question and request really fast and gave a solution to any problem we had.

the only bad thing I can say and the only reason I didn't give this stay a 10/10 is the noise. we stayed for 6 nights and on some of them the noise was unbearable sometimes till 8 AM! so you have to take this under consideration

The apartment was PERFECTLY located in Madrid city center- we could get easily over towards the Prado and also to Plaza Mayor. Great fun to be on the Plaza San Ana (although a bit loud into the wee hours of the night one evening) and there are a ton of restaurant and shopping options. Well-equipped bedrooms, kitchen, bath and a comfortable living room and dining area. Easy to access once we had the JustIN mobile app downloaded and very clean and comfortable!

Almost nothing! It’s a great apartment. Lobby door is heavy, but no big deal. Too bad the Plaza is under renovation (machines get loud during the weekdays) but that will end at some point. Do wish there were extra pillows for beds.

Location. Modern apartment, well organized.

The communication was really bad. First, I was contacted directly thru WhatsApp requesting personal info. Why would I give give sensitive information to someone contacting me out of the blue? So I ignored it. Finally request was repeated the request using Booking. I completed the forms then. Secondly, the information about entry to the building and apartment is very convoluted. Message directs you to download an app (electronic key) but forgets to mention that you cannot do anything with it until the checking time. I called for help setting it up and they were clueless too. I had to text them several times before someone told me to wait until checking time (16:00). It created unnecessary worries that we may not be able to get in when we arrive.

It was just perfect. Amazing location, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean & surrounded by bar’s, restaurants and shops. There is No debate for next time in Madrid it will be U Sense Madrid.

The front bedroom must have a blockout blind fitted as the light at night from the plaza was very bright and intrusive

Apartment itself was good. Location good. Kitchen great. Living and bedrooms comfortable. Bathroom sliding door difficult to close/ stuck. Bedroom 3 way light switch incorrectly installed. Main problem was so much hacked/spam email from this rental on Booking which was not fixed quickly. This made us wary when they later contacted us via Whatsapp (without warning us on Booking) asking us to send our passports and personal info for check in. They said they had a link to upload data and an app to open doors but in the end neither worked.

The team at Santa Ana were extremely helpful in terms of the comms prior to stay and managing any queries we had about checking in, online door access apps and options of ammenities in the close proximity to the apartment. Incredible apartment in terms of location to city centre attractions and level of quality and cleanliness and would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of booking this The family and I will definitely be returning to Santa Ana for any future trips to Madrid

Fantastic location overlooking the Plaza, easy walking access to all key tourist destinations, public transport and taxis, lively vibes, literally next to a lot of bars and restaurants, very clean property, well maintained, very responsive and helpful host Jesús kept in touch with us regularly, from the point we landed till we checked out, to ensure we had everything we needed. Good breakfast too! Check in and check out process was a breeze - all done online! :)

The sofa in the living room could have been bigger/better. In one of the bathrooms, the shower door wasn't closing all the way resulting in a bit of water seepage.

Location was very central, apartment clean and tidy.

The lack of toilet roll left in property as well as having to use the same towel for duration of our stay was not acceptable . Also was very unhappy with the noise outside, a crowd of possible homeless people turning up very early morning, ie 2am and making lots of noise until being eventually moved on by police around 7.40am. This occurred on all 3 nights we stayed at the property which, particularly for those sleeping in the front room facing the plaza Santa Ana was really disturbing.
