Location is ideal. The breakfast was decent. The room were standard, bed was okay. Most staff were very friendly. The 24 hour reception was helpful although sometimes they took a while to open the door.

The TV didn't work well but that seemed like a one off thing. The bathroom was a bit run down but not worth complaining over. The towels were so thin, had to pat dry with them. I could hear the conversation of my neighbors and I'm sure they could hear mine. There was one particular staff member who was an absolute pain to deal with, she was rude and changed the mood of not just me but other guests. There's also a rule that you can't have guests in your room which I felt was a bit weird as I paid good money and for someone not to be able to come into my room seems unfair.

Location is very good! Its so close to everything and the fair from airport to the hotel is reasonable. The room is tidy and well maintain. The bkfast was very good, the ladies were very friendly. The cherry on top has to be the freshly made orange juice! Its sooo sweet and tasty

Because its neat the bars, it can get noisy. The AC doesn’t work, I get that its winter however if we open the door its loud from outside and the room can get a bit warm.

Location is 11/10 - we went everywhere by foot and the atmosphere is perfect. They clean the rooms every single day, which impressed me. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful. We were in a triple room and the terrace was spacious with a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

There is no shampoo or anything in the bathroom except soap. Also the floor is cold, no carpet, so you should bring slippers or something like that. It will be nice if they make little renovations but overall - it's okay!

The location was the best.possible. Centre of the city, Easy access to everywhere.. Get a bus route map and everything easily accessible. All of the staff were super helpful and always available to assist. Breakfast was enough to start the day. Good quality, even it was the same every day, but it's a business and it needs to be sustainable. Next time in Madrid??? I would definitely stay at the Madrisol. Don't miss Toledo, you will remember it forever!!

I couldn't list anything that was bad. The outside noise is what happens at night in the city, no hotel would be different, I was tired, I slept, the outside noise didn't stop me from sleeping.........

The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city. I really liked the breakfast (I like Spanish breakfast very much), although probably the variety is considered low for many. The quality of the breakfast is great, though. Staff was always helpful.

The location is also a drawback little bit: the city is full of life and noisy all the time. I stayed there during July, when Madrid is pretty warm. I prefer usually to have the windows open during the night and let fresh, cool air in when sleeping. However, the street was too noisy to allow me to sleep this way. But there is air conditioning, so it can be solved.

Location was excellent, you can walk in any direction. I was on the 5th floor with a terrace which was a great bonus in the city. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and very pleasant (the breakfast room not so much). The room and bathroom were good size and there was a desk for an alternative sitting option.

The “toiletries” was a misplaced hand soap dispenser in the shower. There was an unpleasant smell in the elevator and hall but thankfully it didn’t go into the room.

Hotel reception staff were all fantastic and friendly.Fantastic location just off Plaza St Ana. Walking distance to just about everything. Apart from local Spanish restaurants there are two Indian restaurants offering lovely, great value food for a good price.

Breakfast options and service need a bit of attention. Tubs of yoghurt left out at room temperature, sad looking apples and bananas in a basket . Could be better...

A nice little hotel in one if the best locations, 5 min walking from Sol

We had street facing room, so a but noisy but then again it’s central Madrid. Not the cheapest option, maybe a little overpriced for what it offers but compensates with the location. Careful ordering Ubers and taxis, it’s located on a narrow little street so you will wait forever until the car arrives. Better to order the car at Plaza de Canalejas - 4 minutes walking

Location was in Centro/Central Madrid. Right next to tons of dining, bars and nightlife. Very close walk to many places and short drive to quaint places outside of Madrid. Within a 2-25 min walk you can be almost anywhere in downtown Madrid. Who needs breakfast and in house dining when you can step outside for anything you need. We did love the location that allowed us to get a true feeling of Madrid city life for the 3 days we were there.

There aren't a lot of amenities, no breakfast, this location is for travelers who want to get out of the hotel and stay out. The rooms and bathrooms are small. Keeping in mind this hotel is in the heart of Madrid it is not expected to have all the many amenities for people who want a quiet luxurious stay. It did the job and the staff were exceptional in helping any way they could.
